Endorsement from Jan Schmidt? No, Not Yet.

Sun, 2024-05-26 10:00 +0000

I can’t let Ed Mosca have a monopoly on all the fun in mocking “Senator Twitley.” And, yes, that’s what I prefer to call Attorney Rebecca Whitley because that’s what Senator Giuda renamed that dumb blonde over two years ago.

Many people, presumably half of them with her name on their ballots, have observed that she operates using the Rep Meuse playbook.  What that means is that she makes tweets and disables the commenting.  Her role model, Queen Bee Donna Soucy, often does the same.  Free speech, anyone?

There’s a reason that free speech is the First Amendment and not that of another number, and I can recognize that myself as a private citizen and non-lawyer.  Senator Twitley is neither.  Shame on her, twofold.

Anyway, she tweeted this morning a list of endorsers,

which includes many names of well-known deplorable people.  I’m in the anti-trust mode right now, so if Ed Mosca can’t have a monopoly, neither can Hillary!  There are some genuinely nasty people on that list, two outstanding examples being Reps Sofikitis and Peter Petrigno, but do you notice someone not yet on the endorsement list?

That someone is former Alderman Jan Schmidt, a devout worshipper of censorship.  Much can be said and has already been said about Jan, but just in case there are any new readers among us, I consider it a public service to bring them up to speed with this link to the voluminous archives on her.  I will close by asking anyone with current intel on her to share the news when she goes on record with her pick for Annie’s replacement.  My money is on Senator Twitley, but many faith-based people will claim that there’s hope for everyone, and that would include Jan.  Maybe she will do the right thing and support Lily Tang Williams, but there’s a better chance of winning the lottery.

Night Cap: Jeff Chidester, “What’s the most important thing that GraniteGrok has brought to NH?

Sun, 2024-05-26 02:00 +0000

At Groktober Fest (held last October), I had a bit of time to do a few micro-interviews, so our Master-of-Ceremonies, Jeff Chidester, just HAD to be one of them. As soon as he saw me stepping towards him, he knew he was nabbed!

So it was easy to ask him the single question as well: “What is the most important thing that GraniteGrok has brought to NH?”

And he politely gave a studied and measured response:

!function(r,u,m,b,l,e){r._Rumble=b,r[b]||(r[b]=function(){(r[b]._=r[b]._||[]).push(arguments);if(r[b]._.length==1){l=u.createElement(m),e=u.getElementsByTagName(m)[0],l.async=1,l.src="https://rumble.com/embedJS/u359331"+(arguments[1].video?'.'+arguments[1].video:'')+"/?url="+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+"&args="+encodeURIComponent(JSON.stringify([].slice.apply(arguments))),e.parentNode.insertBefore(l,e)}})}(window, document, "script", "Rumble");

Rumble("play", {"video":"v4u4f3b","div":"rumble_v4u4f3b"});

I hope that, over the next 18 years, we will continue to uphold those kind words. After all, who else is doing what we do? Many have tried in the past, and we have outlasted them all (and some were very well financed, to boot); it shows what ordinary people can do when motivated to do so over the long haul.

Again, as a reminder, I announced my semi-retirement from GraniteGrok due to the heightened needs of my family. And yes, again, I was surprised as the words came out of my mouth (surprising to me – I didn’t even know I was going to do it!) from the ‘Grok I had founded 18 years ago due to family issues that HAD to take priority. And in doing so, I turned over everything over to Steve knowing that it would be in the best of hands – I was not disappointed.

Sidenote: And that is the reason why I am taking this opportunity to ask you to donate to GraniteGrok. We are all volunteers, but with Steve’s full-time job gone away, this is the opportunity to keep him and all the time he puts in with his wit, wisdom, and dry humor full-time in a paying position. We were lucky with his old job – nooks and crannies of time always showed up, and he spent it spinning up post after post. However, if he has to look for another full-time job, there’s no guarantee that he’d have the same amount of time for you all to enjoy.

Now that things have calmed down, I can resume making a political PA of myself to those who need it (yes, a warning). And I will continue to post some of the interviews from “Groktober Fest.”

How Many Lights Do You See?

Sun, 2024-05-26 00:00 +0000

Tyranny is the exercise of an oppressive power.  Most often, the oppressive power is exerted by the government.  Whether you live on the left or the right or fancy yourself in the middle, tyranny is a bad thing.  Don’t people who believe in the principles and values of America naturally recoil from tyranny?

We have reached a very dangerous place: Illinois. The State may no longer have criminals or offenders. The legislature there is moving to rename criminals as “justice-impacted individuals.”

Let’s be clear: criminals are nearly always anti-social people.  They all have been convicted of anti-social action, most usually more than one.  The words criminal and offender are stigmatizing because they describe individuals who have acted so anti-socially as to have been forcibly removed from society.
Maybe they are a thief, murderer, rapist, drug dealer, pedophile, etc.…  Whatever the offense they committed, it violated laws society made which required their isolation from society.  They prey on the rest of us.  It is always judicious to exercise caution near criminals.  Naming them allows that.

We want to thank Marc Abear for this Contribution – Please direct yours to Steve@GraniteGrok.com.
You can review our ‘Op-Ed Guidelines‘ on the FAQ Page.

Understand there is no recategorization here.   It is not that the criminals did not commit the crimes for which they were convicted.  It is not that their crimes are improperly described.  This is an attempt to legislate how we are allowed to describe reality.

Those proposing to control your speech through legal means are telling you that debate will no longer be tolerated.  You no longer may speak freely.  The government will tell what is true.

Legislating required terms in our language is tyranny.   Criminals may be justice-impacted individuals, but why should describing them as what they are be illegal?  What is the reason we want to make criminals of those calling criminals criminals?  How many lights do you see?

Title IX, College Sports, and Joe Biden

Sat, 2024-05-25 22:00 +0000

“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.” – Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972.

Title IX was intended to update the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibited discrimination in employment but did not address or mention discrimination in education.

While Title IX didn’t mention sports at all, some soon saw the new federal statute as a cudgel with which to beat a college sports establishment that was spending little on women’s sports as compared to men’s. Countless lawsuits followed, and some needed definitions came about, but the courts generally held that if colleges spent more per person on men’s sports than on women’s sports, then they were out of compliance.

Of course, it costs a lot more per athlete to play ice hockey or football than it does to play volleyball or soccer. So, men’s athletics were drastically cut back. Sports like wrestling were especially hit hard. Hundreds of teams disappeared, and thousands of wrestlers lost chances to compete.

Ditto re: men’s gymnastics, cross country, golf, and other programs

Football took hits as well.

As a UNH freshman in 1973 I watched the Wildcats defeat Vermont 19-7 at Cowell Stadium. UVM’s Catamounts had a nice quarterback named Bob Bateman. But Vermont dropped football the next year. Bateman transferred to Brown University and eventually played some pro football, to include a stint with the Patriots. But not every UVM player was as fortunate. Countless sports dreams were dashed by Title IX’s implementation.

Vermont, being Vermont, was “all in” re: Title IX compliance. Today, UVM is one of only four Division I colleges that do not sponsor volleyball or baseball. Catamount football remains a distant memory.

But did you know that UNH also dropped baseball after Title IX? That’s right. Our state university does not have a baseball team to help celebrate our national pastime. Very sad.

Consider that when Title IX was written in 1972, only 42% of college students were female. But today, only 42% of college students are male.

While the implementation of Title IX savaged countless male teams, it did create untold new sports opportunities for females. That’s been wonderful for girls and for girls’ parents (like me) who thus enjoyed priceless new sports experiences denied to earlier generations. And while we bemoaned the cuts endured by males, we also celebrated the new opportunities enjoyed by females.

At least until Joe Biden messed things up.

In April, the Biden Administration rewrote Title IX to better factor in LGBTQ+ concerns. According to the Associated Press, Biden originally planned to include a new policy forbidding states, schools, or organizations from limiting transgender sports participation but held off on that during this election year. Dozens of states are still suing and issuing executive orders to counter Biden’s Title IX rewrite.

But it’s safe to say that if Biden is reelected, he’ll impose an agenda allowing for universal access by biological boys (identifying as females) to girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, and teams—an agenda opposed by an overwhelming majority of Americans.

UVM football, UNH baseball, and so many other sports programs are forever gone with the wind. Countless disbanded men’s teams are unlikely to ever return—forever banished.

One can only hope that Joe Biden is similarly banished from the White House this November.

Gone with a different wind.

New Hampshire Needs Greater Diversity …

Sat, 2024-05-25 20:00 +0000

New Hampshire needs more diversity. No, not diversity of race, ethnicity, sex, gender, disability, mental illness, cognitive ability, religion, or veteran status. We need a greater diversity of views among the people we elect to rule over us.

The only way to obtain a seat in any of the three elected bodies, or the governorship, that constitute our state government is by running for election as a Democrat or Republican and winning at the polls.  Periodically, third parties engage in performance art spectacles that result in their appearance on the ballot, but this never results in their accession to any governance roles.

This duopoly is not unusual in present-day America. During the nineteenth century, there were times when candidates from more than two parties vied for power, but that was long ago and far, far away. What makes this peculiar in New Hampshire is that a plurality of voters are neither Democrats nor Republicans; they are undeclared.  These undeclared voters are spared second-class citizen status by allowing them to identify as members of either party for the length of time it takes to cast a vote in the primary. This flexibility has led to various close-quarter combat voting strategies among undeclared voters, such as those who voted for RFK Jr. or Nikki Hailey, to monkey-wrench the electoral process of the party they oppose.

This state of affairs is suboptimal for several reasons.

We want to thank Kevin Tyson for this Contribution – Please direct yours to Steve@GraniteGrok.com.
You can review our ‘Op-Ed Guidelines‘ on the FAQ Page.

Both political parties are private organizations. They are not part of the government. Those who, like myself, are active party members; I am the vice chair of the Sullivan County GOP committee, are subject to having our political efforts overturned by people who have no stake in the organization’s success.

With only two views applied to governance decisions, the government is reduced to hyper-polarized team sports. With the advent of live coverage of committee meetings on YouTube, they resemble an England versus West Indies cricket match. Only a breathless announcer is missing.

The focus on party politics brings baggage from national political organizations, such as the protagonists’ personalities in the US House of Representatives and Senate. When contemplating the issues dealt with in Concord, there is no need to consider the ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual preferences, or sartorial preferences of elected officials from elsewhere in America.

We can do better than this by getting the government out of party politics. I propose a radical restructuring of ballot access laws.

●  The only primary election held is the one specified by RSA 653:9, the primary that selects the presidential and vice presidential candidates.

●  No one has automatic ballot access.

●  All candidates, including currently serving elected office holders, must provide the secretary of state with a sufficient number of verified signatures of registered voters to appear on the ballot.

●  Political parties, being private organizations, are free to choose candidates to endorse using whatever means they choose.

●  No taxpayer money is expended to support the party’s decision to endorse a candidate. Neither the attorney general nor the secretary of state will have any involvement.

The proposed system has several advantages:

Regularly obtaining registered voters’ signatures incentivizes elected officials to engage directly with voters rather than merely making themselves available to the electorate via email and grandstanding on YouTube.
By de-emphasizing the connection between local politicians and the national political scene, our local politicians can focus on our problems rather than those emanating from the DC circus.
Voters’ opinions will be more likely to be formed by the actions of legislators addressing problems within their purview rather than party affiliation.

Of course, such a change runs counter to the individual interests of those currently serving and the interests of the bureaucracies to which they belong and, hence, is unlikely to be adopted.

Sunny Hostin … “Judge Her By Her Skin Color And Sexual-Preference, Not Her Skill”

Sat, 2024-05-25 18:00 +0000

America’s racist, sex-obsessed Left is having a meltdown over Caitlin Clark becoming the face of the WNBA. And they are big mad … BIG MAD … about it. As they see it, Clark is the face of the WNBA not because she is exceptionally skilled and entertaining … with a game like Steph Curry. NO, NO, NO … it’s because Clark is WHITE and she is NOT a lesbian. Sunny Hostin said so on the View, so it MUST be true.

Wake up, bitter-clingers. There is no “common ground” to be had with America’s Left. To the Woke-Communists you are incurably racist, homophobic, etc., etc., etc. … and yet you persist in believing that the Left will play by the same set of rules as you play by and that they don’t despise and loathe you.

Damn Right Trump Will Be Coming For The Justice Department

Sat, 2024-05-25 16:00 +0000

James Comey, the former head of the FBI, appeared on MSNBC this week to deliver a message to all Americans, especially Democrats, that Joe Biden must be reelected to prevent Donald Trump from regaining power in the White House. Comey’s concern was directed to his belief that the former President would target the Justice Department and FBI to be dismantled and rebuilt. This possibility may concern people like Comey, but it is a hope for all Republicans who can see that the department and agency have been politicized and corrupted. People’s heads should roll, and we want to see Trump yield the axe quickly and deeply.

Most rational people will concede that this country is broken. We have allowed the government to get its tentacles into every aspect of our lives, and when you recognize the corruption within the government, it is easy to see how we have gone off the rails. So far, we have been strong enough to fend off this government impact. Still, when you look at entities like the IRS, Pentagon, Social Security, Medicare, and possibly the most damaging, the Department of Education, we must start reversing the trend before breaking under the weight of cumulative corruption.

There is one entity that is so broken that it is impacting us in so many negative fashions, some of which are subliminal, that it may be beyond repair, and that is our Justice Department. Justice should be apolitical and black and white when enforcing our laws. That apolitical train left the station, and the department began leaning toward the Left. This leaning was painfully evident during the Trump Presidency when the department was complicit in trying to take Trump down and prevent him from a successful re-election. You need no further proof than the 51 former intelligence agency officials who signed off on the letter claiming the Biden laptop was Russian misinformation. They knew the letter was false but thought that fact would be lost in the magnitude of the number of signers. The Left bought their story, and the Right condemned it, but the bottom line is that it worked and helped keep Trump out of the White House.

Under Biden, as it had under Obama, the Justice Department has become a weapon to be used against political opponents. I can give you 91 examples of that statement, which is the number of bogus charges against Donald Trump for the sole purpose of tying the former President up in court, preventing him from the campaign trail, and hurting him so severely financially that he will not have access to his funds for his campaign. It is not only political foes they are gunning for but everyday citizens who do not align with the Socialist views of the Left.

You only need to look at two examples to see how dangerous this effort can be. At the request of the Teacher’s Union, Merrick Garland set the FBI loose, going after parents who dared to voice their opinions at school board meetings. Then there were the FBI agents who implanted themselves into Catholic Churches to seek out radical Catholics who may pose a danger to the country. Read that sentence again to make sure it sinks in. Finally, it was reported this week that the FBI had the authority to use lethal force during the Mar-a-Lago raid. The FBI was serving a search warrant on a former President whom Secret Service agents surrounded, and some fool authorized lethal force. You cannot make this up. That is the power of our government when left unchecked. So yes, I relish the thought of Trump winning in November, and the sound you hear will be the rats leaving the Justice Department and FBI before they face the wrath of the Orange Man.

A Look at Some of Mr. Stephen’s Endorsers.

Sat, 2024-05-25 14:00 +0000

Consider this “Part 2” to what served as a taster when Councilors Wheeler and Kenney invited Mr Stephen into their in-club. Yesterday, he bragged about a new batch of brand-name endorsements, something to be expected among higher office candidates on both sides of the aisle, but let’s review some of them, shall we?

There are 31 on the list, which appears to be aggregate to date, as Wheeler and Kenney are included.  I don’t have comprehensive intel on all of them, and I don’t want to deter readers with a lengthy article, so I’ll just pick a few.  To satisfy the “say something nice” goal, I’ll start with Rep Mannion, a freshman in the Freedom Caucus and a friendly gentleman.  I happen to like him and he’s a veteran that’s been actively promoting Defend the Guard.  It’s disappointing to see his name on a list with the establishment elite, and I want to say, “Dude, WHY, just why?”  I’ll add one more here, Rep Erf.  I don’t know much about him other than he was one of the four voting members on the correct side of that unfortunate roll call on 11/19/21 when Chuck Morse did what he did.

Now, onto the some of the rest, I already said what I said about Wheeler and Kenney.  There’s Osborne, an arrogant coward who doesn’t belong in House leadership for a variety of reasons.  He also insulted the 10/13/21 arrest victims, which I understand is his free speech to do so, but kept himself unavailable for contact with them for several days following that.  I won’t get into retelling the story, but you can ask Nurse Terese about it if you want.

If you don’t recognize Rep Wayne MacDonald’s name on paper, you’ll recognize him in person because he stands out in the crowd with his feeble hairstyle attempt to look like WMUR’s Ray Brewer.  What’s more noteworthy is that he’s the House HHS committee chair.  Considering that Mr Stephen has a background in HHS, does this chair’s endorsement come as any surprise?

Judge Lynn is also someone everyone should be familiar with.  I could endlessly vent about him as could many others who have even more dirt on him, but I’ll just remind you of his most recent evil deed, aggressively pushing his little quisling Kuttab’s RTK Tax(HB 1002), that’s ready to unfortunately cross the finish line anytime now.  Let me remind everyone that maximum transparency should be everyone’s goal, no matter what branch of government it is.  Do you see a compass pointing the other way in Mr Stephen and many of his supporters?  If not yet, you eventually will.

Rep Jess Edwards is also a veteran, and I could say something nice about him in addition to thanking him for his service because he, along with Rep Erf, was one of the 4 committee members voting correctly on 11/19/21.  However, that does NOT excuse him from voting for the RTK tax!  Something is rotten in Auburn, which is also represented by Osborne, Uniparty establishment red flag sympathizer Criminal Justice Chair Terry Roy, and Queen Sharon.

There is nothing “honorable” about Kevin Smith, the former Londonderry Town Manager and 2022 candidate for federal office. Just look here for his badges of DIShonor.  Anyone being the subject of an Ed Mosca piece ought to be examined carefully.  Plus, he also insulted the 10/13/21 arrest victims on social media.  Talk to Rep Kelley Potenza if you want to learn more.

County Attorney Coughlin, while also a veteran and a decorated one, was seemingly uninterested in the widespread school library lewdness that was being called attention to last summer.  While the point of origin, to use some “fire-speak,” appears to be in Dover, which is outside the county, we all know there are brush fires everywhere.  Because Coughlin is a homegrown Nashua guy, it was not surprising to run into him at a Mike Soucy mayoral stumping event, especially seeing that Mike Soucy is a retired police officer.  I approached him, politely of course, and inquired about his efforts as the head prosecutor and he made some shrugging off comment suggestive of only caring about big jail time felonies.  Maybe it’s all about selecting cases that win elections.  You tell me.  Remember the big gorilla in the room known as the youth center and the highest prosecutor at the county level is supporting Mr Stephen instead of Nurse Terese, who has been very clear about the decades of abuse there being her signature issue.  And in case you didn’t notice, the youth center is inside Attorney Coughlin’s county.

And then there’s Ovide, who appears to have slipped into irrelevancy over the years, but he was Maggie’s opponent in 2012, and I voted for him.  What I find interesting is that he presented himself as a big family values guy and foster parent.  HELLO, Ovide. Haven’t you heard Nurse Terese introduce herself as a registered nurse AND a licensed foster mom?  She only adds the licensed foster mom part almost each and every time she mentions she’s a nurse.  But it must be a lawyer thing.  Ovide and Mr Stephen are both lawyers, as are Attorney Coughlin and Judge Lynn.  There might be other legal lads on the endorsement list for Mr Stephen, but those are the ones that stand out at first sight.  Oh, and another thing about Ovide is his involvement with the Manchester Arch Diocese sex abuse scandal litigation.  That’s the ticket!  There’s seemingly some underground code of looking the other way to such things, and the evidence, though some of it circumstantial, is mounting.  I have to use the word “circumstantial” because they’re lawyers, after all.

I’ll wrap things up for now, for reasons noted earlier, but I’m sure there’s plenty more to say about those I didn’t mention.  If you have something to add, please put it in the comments.  Readers should be asking themselves why there’s so much establishment elite backing Mr Stephen.

New Hampshire’s “Red Flag” Camels Nose is Back! [Updated]

Sat, 2024-05-25 12:00 +0000

A few days ago, we celebrated the near-death experience of HB1711. This incremental red flag law would open a door, or get the camel’s nose under the tent, to more intrusive versions in future legislative sessions. It was tabled in the NH Senate until Thursday, when ” Republican” Rep. Terry Roy attached it to another bill.

The legislation is meant to appear harmless and purposeful, keeping firearms from the hands of mentally unfit people. As we noted on Tuesday, this is not a bad idea unless, in the course of the exercise, you risk infringing on the rights of innocent, law-abiding citizens. Red Flag laws are preemptive. There is no middle ground. And pretending this legisaltion has property and due process rights is not even a positive. It is an admission that this is what Red Flag law becomes and HB1711 is little more than a foot in the door.

The NH State Senate, surprisingly, slowed its roll until Rep. Roy, a prime sponsor, Dr. Frankensetiend that dead body, bringing it back to life.

Roy, a suspended police officer in Massachusetts, lost his carry license for allegedly lying on the application questionnaire (HT—NHFC). Now he’s a state Rep from Deerfield pushing Red Flag laws. His HRA has never been below 92% based on a quick review of recent scorecards, so this persistence puzzles. As former law enforcement denied a carry permit, you’d think he’d have a sensitivity to the vagaries of legislative interference with the natural right to self-defense.

Nope. Let me guess. One of your constituents asked you to submit this bill.

Sorry, that won’t do. HB1711 is his baby, and he’s not ready to let it go. That makes it incumbent on us to ensure it gets tabled or dies some other more permanent death.

I will update this post as soon as I know to which bill it has been attached (I am waiting for a response).

[Update] SB476 is the bill to which the text of HB1711 has been attached!

SB476 makes “a capital appropriation to the department of corrections toward the replacement of the New Hampshire state prison for men and authorizing the state to report mental health data for firearms background check purposes and providing for processes for confiscation of firearms following certain mental health-related court proceedings and for relief from mental health-related firearms disabilities.”

America Has Fallen (Continued)

Sat, 2024-05-25 10:00 +0000

This follows up on my outstanding post: America Has Fallen … You Better Have An Exit Plan. If you haven’t read this outstanding post yet, now is the time to do so. If you have, it certainly is worth several rereads. The point here, as there, is: While the GOP talks, the Woke-Communists (a/k/a Democrats) act.

Bitter-clingers, you need to understand that there is no “rule of law” when the “judges” are Woke-Communist “agents of change.”And here we have the America-hating Barack Obama celebrating the Biden-Regime (which he runs) achieving the milestone of 200 life-tenured America-hating Woke-Communist agents-of-change confirmed in the federal judiciary.

Anything a Red State does can be undone by these imposter-judges. Let me say it again, so maybe, just maybe it will sink in … these imposter-judges can and will strike down as “unconstitutional” State laws that protect girls sports, that require voter-ID, that prevent grooming, that ban sanctuary-cities, that regulate abortion, that ban “gender affirming” (i.e. chemical castration) of children, etc., etc. etc.. And the response of the vast majority of the GOP to such rulings will be to comply and to treat such rulings as an opportunity to fundraise … send us more money so we can put “originalist” judges on the bench.

But just keep telling yourselves that the 2024 election won’t be rigged worse than 2020, that deep-down the Democrats are “good people” who love America, that all you need to do is click your heels together three-times while saying “there’s no place like MAGA” and then magically thirty-five years of creeping Woke-Communism will be undone in an instant; etc., etc., etc..

Post Script: Here is a comment from: America Has Fallen … You Better Have An Exit Plan.

Exit to where? We either fight to the death for our America or die crybaby cowards.

Talk about not getting it. The “our America” the commentator wants to “fight to the death for” (which I’m sure amounts to having a MAGA-themed social-media avatar and belonging to at least one GOP Facebook group that the vast majority of voters don’t know exists) is no more. The commentator needs to reread America Has Fallen … You Better Have An Exit Plan.

Things To Be Aware When Buying First Property in Spanish Coastal Provinces

Sat, 2024-05-25 09:00 +0000

When diving into the world of buying property in Spanish coastal provinces, there are a few key things you’ll want to keep your eye on. First up, the “nota simple” – it’s like the property’s ID card, laying out all the nitty-gritty details like who owns it, any debts or charges, and if there are any legal issues floating around. Think of it as your sneak peek behind the curtains before making any big moves. Another thing to watch for is “urban planning.” Sounds fancy, but it’s just a fancy way of saying what you can and can’t do with the property. Like, you don’t want to snag a sweet spot thinking you can build a beachside bungalow only to find out it’s protected land.

Then there’s the “cédula de habitabilidad,” or the habitability certificate. This little guy says your new place meets all the health and safety standards, so you’re not moving into a fixer-upper nightmare. And let’s not forget about community fees – they’re like the HOA fees back home, but in Spanish. These bad boys cover stuff like maintenance for shared spaces or keeping the pool sparkling clean. So, before you sign on the dotted line, make sure you’re not about to inherit a mountain of debt or a surprise bill for fixing up your new digs.

Understanding the Local Real Estate Market

When you’re diving into the real estate game in Spanish coastal provinces, understanding the local market is like having a secret weapon up your sleeve. Keep an eye on those property prices – they can vary big time from one spot to another. For example, a beachfront villas in Marbella might cost you an arm and a leg, while just a few miles down the coast, you could snag a similar pad for way less in a quieter town. It’s all about knowing where to look and what’s a fair price.

Don’t forget to suss out the rental potential too. If you’re eyeing up a spot as an investment, check out what similar properties are going for in the rental market. Touristy spots like Barcelona or Ibiza can rake in the euros with short-term rentals during peak season, but you might struggle to find takers during the quieter months. So, before you dive in, weigh up if you’re in it for the long haul or looking to make a quick buck.

Legal Considerations and Documentation

Alright, let’s talk legal stuff when buying property in Spanish coastal provinces. First off, you gotta get cozy with the “Escritura de Compraventa.” That’s the fancy Spanish term for the deed of sale, basically saying, “Hey, this property is officially yours now.” Make sure it’s all legit and signed off by a notary – you don’t want any surprises down the line. Oh, and keep an eye out for any liens or debts tied to the property. You don’t wanna inherit someone else’s financial mess, right?

Next up, let’s chat about taxes. Yeah, I know, nobody’s favorite topic, but it’s important. When you buy property in Spain, you gotta cough up some cash for transfer tax or VAT, depending on if it’s a new build or resale. Plus, there’s that annual property tax called “Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles” (IBI for short). It’s like the property tax back home, but with a Spanish twist. Make sure you’re clued up on all these taxes and fees before diving in – nobody likes a surprise bill popping up outta nowhere.

Choosing the Right Location

Alright, let’s talk location when it comes to buying your first property in Spanish coastal provinces. It’s not just about finding a spot with a killer view – you gotta think about what you want outta the area. Are you all about that beach life? Then maybe a bustling coastal town like Malaga or Valencia is right up your alley. But if you’re after some peace and quiet, you might wanna scope out smaller villages tucked away from the tourist crowds.

And don’t forget about amenities – nobody wants to trek miles for groceries or a decent cup of coffee. Check out what’s nearby, like supermarkets, restaurants, and healthcare facilities. Plus, think about access to transportation. Sure, that remote mountain hideaway might seem dreamy, but it won’t be so great if you’re stuck without a car and miles from the nearest bus stop. So, before you fall head over heels for a place, make sure it ticks all your boxes for location, amenities, and accessibility.

Evaluating Property Types and Conditions

Alright, let’s talk about sizing up the different types of properties and their conditions when you’re on the hunt in Spanish coastal provinces. First off, you gotta decide what floats your boat – are you thinking apartment life, a cozy townhouse, or maybe a sprawling villa with its own pool? Each comes with its own perks and quirks. Apartments are great for low-maintenance living, but you might have to deal with noisy neighbors. Townhouses give you a bit more space and privacy, but you’ll likely have to shell out for community fees. And villas? Well, they’re the cream of the crop, but they can come with a hefty price tag and a whole lot of upkeep.

Once you’ve got your property type locked in, it’s time to suss out the condition. Keep your eyes peeled for any red flags like damp walls, wonky foundations, or leaky roofs – those can turn your dream home into a nightmare real quick. And don’t be afraid to ask questions or get a professional inspection done. It might seem like a hassle now, but it could save you a ton of headaches (and euros) down the road. So, before you sign on the dotted line, make sure you know exactly what you’re getting into with your new digs.

Financial Planning and Budgeting

Let’s talk dollars and cents when it comes to snagging your first property in Spanish coastal provinces. First off, you gotta crunch those numbers and figure out what you can realistically afford. That means taking a good hard look at your savings, income, and any debts you’ve got hanging around. Don’t forget to factor in those pesky extras like taxes, fees, and maintenance costs – they can add up real quick. And hey, don’t stretch yourself too thin just to snag that beachfront beauty – it’s not worth drowning in debt for.

Once you’ve got your budget nailed down, it’s time to start saving up for that down payment. Most banks in Spain will want you to cough up around 20% of the property’s value upfront, so start squirreling away those euros ASAP. And hey, if you’re not quite there yet, don’t sweat it – there are plenty of ways to boost your savings, like cutting back on those fancy dinners out or picking up some extra freelance gigs. So, get those piggy banks ready and start counting down the days ’til you’re kicking back in your own piece of Spanish paradise.

Navigating the Purchasing Process

Alright, let’s dive into the nitty-gritty of actually buying that dream property in Spanish coastal provinces. First off, you gotta find yourself a solid real estate agent who knows their stuff. They’ll be your guide through the whole process, from scouting out properties to negotiating the deal. And don’t be shy about asking questions or voicing your concerns – this is your big investment, after all.

Once you’ve found the perfect pad, it’s time to get down to business with the paperwork. You’ll need to sign a “contrato de arras,” basically a pre-contract that lays out all the terms of the deal and requires a deposit (usually around 10% of the property’s price). Then it’s off to the notary to sign the final deed of sale and make things official. It might seem like a lot of hoops to jump through, but hey, it’s all part of the adventure of buying your first property in sunny Spain.

Working with Real Estate Agents

Alright, let’s chat about teaming up with real estate agents when you’re on the hunt for your first property in Spanish coastal provinces. These folks are like your trusty sidekicks in the property game, helping you navigate the ins and outs of the market. They’ve got the inside scoop on all the hottest listings and can clue you in on hidden gems you might’ve missed otherwise.

But hey, not all agents are created equal, so it pays to do your homework and find someone who’s got your back. Look for someone who knows the local area like the back of their hand and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile to find you the perfect spot. And don’t be afraid to speak up if something doesn’t feel right – this is your big investment, after all. So, team up with a real estate agent who’s got your best interests at heart, and you’ll be kicking back in your own slice of Spanish paradise in no time.

Conclusion

So there you have it, folks – the lowdown on what to keep in mind when you’re ready to dive into the world of buying your first property in Spanish coastal provinces. From understanding the local real estate market to navigating the purchasing process, there’s a lot to wrap your head around. But with a bit of know-how and some solid advice from real estate agents, you’ll be well on your way to snagging your own piece of paradise.

Remember, it’s not just about finding the perfect spot with a killer view – you gotta think about legal stuff like taxes and paperwork, weigh up your budget and savings, and choose the right location and property type for your lifestyle. So, whether you’re dreaming of sipping sangria on a beachfront balcony or exploring quaint villages tucked away in the hills, just keep these tips in mind, and you’ll be well on your way to making your Spanish property dreams a reality.

Night Cap: Trump’s Racist Rant In The Bronx

Sat, 2024-05-25 02:00 +0000

Trump proved it … proved that what the Woke-Communists have been saying about him is absolutely true. The man is a RACIST. He actually said … “It doesn’t matter whether you’re black or brown or white or whatever the hell color you are, it doesn’t matter. We are all Americans and we’re gonna pull together as Americans.”

This is RACISM. DT Ford, a State Representative supposedly representing Manchester, but who actually represents Hamas will tell you it is racism. So will Matty Wilhelm … the white, heterosexual (at least part of the time) male who leads the goose-stepping Woke-Communists (i.e. “leads” as in tells them what to think and say and do) in the NH-House. So will any good Woke-Communist. It is RACIST to view and treat people as individuals, not as mere factors of their skin color. It is RACIST to want to look past race. RACIST, RACIST, RACIST.

Here is Trump’s racist rant:

Cultural Rot: More examples

Sat, 2024-05-25 00:00 +0000

OK, taking a few minutes here from my job search because this HAS TO GET OUT.

So I’d listed several very concerning things in my prior post, Cultural Rot: It’s Much Worse Than You Think – Granite Grok.

Things spiraling down.  Consider this, in Germany:

Germany Just Decriminalized Child Porn. It Could Happen Here (thefederalist.com)

From here, times past (bolding added):

And people still trust official institutions…?!
This is horrific!

The ‘Kentler Project’ in West Berlin routinely placed homeless children with pedophile men, assuming they’d make ideal foster parents. A study has found the practice went on for decades.

Starting in the 1970s psychology professor Helmut Kentler conducted his “experiment.” Homeless children in West Berlin were intentionally placed with pedophile men. These men would make especially loving foster parents, Kentler argued.

A study conducted by the University of Hildesheim has found that authorities in Berlin condoned this practice for almost 30 years. The pedophile foster fathers even received a regular care allowance.

Helmut Kentler (1928-2008) was in a leading position at Berlin’s center for educational research. He was convinced that sexual contact between adults and children was harmless.

Several years ago two of the victims came forward and told their story, since then the researchers at Hildesheim University have plowed through files and conducted interviews.

What they found was a “network across educational institutions,” the state youth welfare office and the Berlin Senate, in which pedophilia was “accepted, supported, defended.”

The researchers found that several of the foster fathers were high-profile academics. They speak of a network that included high-ranking members of the Max Planck Institute, Berlin’s Free University, and the notorious Odenwald School in Hesse, West Germany, which was at the center of a major pedophilia scandal several years ago. It has since been closed down.

Berlin authorities placed children with pedophiles – DW – 06/15/2020

But the grooming continues to this day.  Consider these two images – WARNING: LINKS ONLY – CONTENT ALERT!

A comment beforehand: I don’t want to put filth like these images out.  But… forewarned is forearmed.  Understand, this kind of stuff is getting into the mainstream, as the Grok has already shown over the last year or so, time and again.  Unless it’s stopped, it’ll dig in like an Alabama tick.  Once in kids’ minds, it’s exceedingly difficult to get out.  Remember the internet adage:

Speaking of stopping them – MassResistance is a great and effective group.  So… onward.  From here:

And what possible reason could what is – on the face of it a child’s stuffie toy – having this.  Again, CONTENT ALERT!  From here:

Adult stuffie toy

And from the comments, this could be seen as normalizing bestiality.  I think there’s an element of truth to that.

EUROVISION

Why Cyprus’ Eurovision entry has caused religious controversy | The Independent:

Elena Tsagrinou’s “El Diablo” will represent Cyprus at the annual event, which will be held on 18 May, but has faced a backlash from Christian groups in the country.

The track finds Tsagrinou singing about falling in love with a villainous man who she compares to Satan.

“I gave my heart to el diablo,” she sings. “Because he tells me I’m his angel.”

FAITH IS UNDER ATTACK

Everywhere, regardless of country or specific faith, it’s under attack.  Can you imagine thinking, even scant years ago, that Poland would do this?

Warsaw government bans crucifixes in city hall and makes preferred pronouns mandatory

Poland used to be the last stronghold of religion in the EU, but in the last year they’re being subverted at an alarming rate.

Even in the Holy Land, to the absolute disgust of the Orthodox / religious friends I have, the rainbow crowd is celebrated.  One specifically said, about a LGBTQP+ parade in Jerusalem, that the city was defiled by that parade.  And what’s worse, so many lay Jews cite this “wonderful tolerance” as something good.

You know, the Torah is pretty clear about this:

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

And no, I don’t call for executions or anything of gay people… but it shouldn’t be celebrated like this.  And certainly not given a religious waiver or blessing.

KIDS ENTERTAINMENT

A couple of years ago my son loved the cartoon series Jurassic World.  Until this:

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, the kids-focused spinoff of Jurassic World, features a homosexual romantic subplot in its latest episode

Video – mild IMHO but still CONTENT WARNING!

At which point he said something like “Enough of this gay sh*t”! and turned it off.  Forever.

REPRISING MY FIRST ESSAY

Comes this quote:

For each example this is a cast of a dozen or more… scores… possibly hundreds.  All on board.  Doubtless those who say WAIT ONE MINUTE are ignored or even punished.  So the rot goes deep.  Very deep.

Remember that all of this – ALL OF THIS – comes from the mind of a human being, possibly infernally inspired but still… from ONE mind, approved and promoted and paid for by MANY MINDS.  And protected by people thinking they’re good and noble and tolerant.

They really do want the world corrupted.  They really do want your children.  This is not just a battle in our culture… this is a battle for the very souls of all our posterity.  And remember – this has been going on for a long, long time.

Slowly.  Slowly.

My four-part series about “Cultural Ion Thrusters”:

E Cultural Ion Thrusters

E Cultural Ion Thrusters 2A

E Cultural Ion Thrusters 2B

E Cultural Ion Thrusters 3

They know they can’t get us adults.  They know we are becoming aware of their plans.  But they want our kids.  Bad.

The Case for Chuck Morse

Fri, 2024-05-24 22:00 +0000

I will start by saying that I was saving this statement as a draft for filing time in 2 weeks, but I was really annoyed by the deceptive and disingenuous NH Journal article promoting Kelly Ayotte and thought “why not NOW?”

Some readers might already be asking who cares what I think because I’m just an ordinary commoner like most of us and it’s a very reasonable question.  To that, I will point out that I am Chuck’s biggest critic because he voted the wrong way on 11/19/21 while many of us watched in appalling disbelief.  However, believers and secular people alike do point out the merits of forgiveness and I am unfit to dispute them.  This election cycle, I’ve been demanding that he make a PROPER amends to ALL of NH in the public square.  As time has marched on, more and more people have resigned themselves to “suck it up” and vote for him as the lesser of two evils while I was stubbornly digging in my heels.  I would regularly recall a politically astute person lecturing me, as a then-private citizen who “knows stuff,” that voting for the lesser of two evils is how we all got into this hot mess that we’re in.  That was said to me over 2 years ago and this person’s tune has changed this year.

Chuck knew that I knew he was stumping locally on May 8 and was presumably expecting to be asked about 11/19/21.  The NRCC forbids recording, so I can only give you my word of mouth and who the multitude of local witnesses were.  In his speech, he said he has made mistakes.  I immediately sat up straight in my seat and looked him in the eye from an unobstructed view.  Whether or not he said that just for me is unknown and when it was time for questions, he took mine first and it wasn’t about the money.  HB 1002 was/is a NASHUA issue and I’m more disgusted at the whole senate today for that than I am with Chuck for that one vote over 2 years ago.

So back to what I said earlier about a proper amends, I will share a few thoughts.  I always knew right along that it’s not for me to decide for all of NH what counts as a proper amends.  It’s in the eye of the beholder, that being each and every voter and plenty of like minded people have indicated that they’ve moved on from 11/19/21 in their minds.  Another thought is about the institution of the apology, something that can easily turn into a separate essay.  Some people just plain never apologize for anything, ever.  We all know such people and that’s just the way they are and we accept it(meaning RECOGNIZE it rather than approving of it) and adapt accordingly.  Such people include subsets of them who try to obtain a pardon from the harmed person/people with what I call the “substitute apology.”  Much could be said about the substitute apology, also enough to make for a separate essay, but a few examples would be acting as though the transgression had never occurred, pretending to forget, or downplaying its magnitude.  When Chuck said that he’s made mistakes, I won’t be so harsh as to call it a “faux apology,” but I can count it as a substitute apology.  Let it be known that it’s unknown to me if Chuck is one of those people who never apologizes or not.  I would point all ardent fact checkers to the people closest to him, but enough said with that.  Let’s get back to the vote, particularly MY vote.

When Chuck was running for statewide federal office 2 years ago, most of my like minded brethren supported General Bolduc, but there was that stubborn holdout voting block supporting Bruce Fenton.  I won’t get into rehashing out who’s who in that cycle of candidates, their transgressions before and after the primary, and their supporters.  It’s all history and can be discussed separately, if desired, but one presently embattled Bruce Fenton supporter did write an editorial about his view of that primary race and how each voter’s vote varies in what it’s all about.  Some people vote FOR a candidate.  Some people vote AGAINST a candidate by choosing the strongest opponent.  Some people’s votes are about a specific issue.(pot, bitcoin, foreign policy, endless wars, for example)  What resonated with me about that particular editorial was the comment that said something like “my vote is all about ME.”  Suffice it to say that YOUR vote is all about YOU, your values and what’s important to you.

When I look at my impending primary ballot and consider all the viable candidates appearing on it for all offices, Lily Tang Williams is the only viable candidate that is worthy of the office being sought.  To put it another way, there are certainly decent people who run for office and I don’t know the whole slate for every community, but in the spirit of being realistic, I fancy myself as more of the “I don’t want to waste my vote” kind of voter.  No disrespect against any decent people out there that are in a primary in their district.  There are offices on my ballot that have incumbents unworthy of reelection or an incumbent that has no challenger, or both.  However, I’m discussing the primary and the Corner Office, in particular.

In the governor’s race, I will acknowledge, just to go on record, that Councilor Warmington and Joyce Craig are both totally unacceptable and beating them is the highest priority, hence the importance of advancing a VIABLE candidate to the November ballot.  That leaves Kelly Ayotte(packaged with her money, ties to the State Royal Family, and baggage) and I think others have come up with plenty of plausible reasons not to choose her, most of which I happen to agree with.  So by using the process of elimination, I will be voting for Chuck.

Why Does The Lasker Foundation Refuse to Acknowledge Its Founders’ Racist Roots?

Fri, 2024-05-24 20:00 +0000

If you visit the Lasker Foundation’s website and click  “About Us.”  this is what you will find:

Our Mission

To improve health by accelerating support for medical research through recognition of research excellence, advocacy, and education.

What We Do

We celebrate the contributions of scientists, clinicians, and public servants who have made major advances in the understanding, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of human disease. Our programs educate the public and promote scientific collaboration, and we advocate for a healthier world through medical research.

The Legacy of Albert and Mary Lasker

Mary Woodard Lasker (1901–1994) was a champion of medical research. She and her husband, pioneer advertising executive Albert Davis Lasker (1880–1952), established a legacy of advocacy and philanthropy in support of science and health.

Mary Lasker was one of the country’s best known and most effective activists in the cause of increased public funding for medical research. For decades, she tirelessly persuaded the American public that the national investment in medical research would yield invaluable benefits for human health. Her simple warning was, “If you think research is expensive, try disease!” Mrs. Lasker’s early efforts focused on developing public support to advance research on cancer. She founded the Citizens Committee for the Conquest of Cancer and took her cause to Congress and the American public as a leading proponent of the National Cancer Act, which was signed by President Nixon in 1971. Her ardent advocacy for greater government funding of all the medical sciences contributed to increased appropriations for the National Institutes of Health as well as the creation of several NIH institutes.

Mary Lasker’s work transformed the medical research enterprise, which earned her the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Congressional Gold Medal. As a permanent monument to her efforts, in 1984 Congress named the Mary Woodard Lasker Center for Health Research and Education at the National Institutes of Health.

But what you won’t find on the website  is the fact that Albert Lasker was the main financial backer of the infamous and racist “Negro Project.”  He donated at least $20,000 (worth approximately $1/2 million today.)  The Negro Project was the brainchild of Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood.  The goal of the Negro Project was to promote birth control  among Blacks.  The project set up birth control clinics mainly in the South.  Here is a transcribed  letter from  Sanger to Dr. Clarence Gamble IN 1939 mentioning Lasker’s role in the project:

Casa de Adobe Catilina Foothills Tucson, Arizona
November 26, 1939
Dr. Clarence Gamble
255 Adams St.
Milton, Mass

Dear Dr. Gamble:

It is good to know that you are better again and now we must all see that your ulcers must never again be worried. Miss Rose sent me a copy of the letter that Dr. Morris wrote to Mr. Lasker. I know a copy was sent to you. I am rather distressed the way the project is about to be handled, yet I believe there is nothing much I can do about it. None of my suggestions seem to get to first base these days and so the best thing to do is not to send them on, but I feel very sad over the lack of vision with which this Negro project is to be handled. Both Mrs. Rinehart and I put in a lot of thought on this and there is no doubt that if the first thousand dollars is wisely expended, we can depend upon a generous contribution for the future. I object strenuously to putting all of our eggs in one basket; in other words, to take either North or South Carolina as the nucleus. What I wish to see is the employment of an up and doing modern minister, colored, and an up and doing colored medical man, both to come to New York and train at the Clinic and at the Federation. Until they are oozing with birth control as well as population…. They should then be sent out to cover the South and as many cities and organizations and churches and medical societies as they can get before to preach and preach and preach! That should be the job for them both for at least six months. On a second round as a checkup, they would soon find what impression was made and after one year of education agitation among the colored people, we could then support a practical campaign for supplying the mothers with contraceptives….”

Naturally, one would ask why North and South Carolina does not already give such information and supplies to their colored people, and while I have great respect for Dr. Cooper, Norton, Sibilis – I do not believe that this project should be directed or run by white medical men. The Federation should direct it with the guidance and assistance of the colored group – perhaps, particularly, and specifically formed for the purpose. I hope these few words will not cause you to worry but doubtless you have become philosophical and feel that those on the job at 501 had best run the show.

Ever my best regards.

Albert Lasker, Negro Project Funder

Sanger’s racist roots have been well established from her own writing to her association with Nazis and Klansmen, although she appeared to prefer the company of communists.

In her December 10, 1939, letter to Gamble, Sanger wrote:

“We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Sanger’s contemporary apologists explain that her critics misinterpret her meaning. But her earlier words belie that contention. For example, in her book The Pivot of Civilization, she advocated for the “elimination of human weeds” and for the sterilization of “genetically inferior races.” The fact that she enlisted the likes of white supremacist Lothrop Stoddard and Dr. Ernest Rudin, the man in charge of Nazi Germany’s forced sterilization program, doesn’t help the case of her apologists.

The “Mrs. Rinehart” mentioned in the letter was none other than  Mary Lasker.  Mary was married to art dealer Paul Reinhardt prior to her marriage to Lasker.  Mary was a close friend of Sanger who in 1938 became the president of Sanger’s Birth Control Federation  of America renamed Planned Parenthood Federation.

Mary Lasker giving Lyndon Johnson the 1966 Lasker Award. Johnson, along with M.L. King, received the 1st Annual Margaret Sanger Award that same year.

I discovered this information while researching the correspondence between Sanger and   Dr. Clarence Gamble housed at the  Harvard Medical School Library.  I published the letters in the book The Racist Roots of Planned Parenthood and its Legacy of Death, which can be ordered here:  The Racist Roots of Planned Parenthood and Its Legacy of Death | campconstitution.net   or a free PDF here:  https://campconstitution.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Racist-roots-of-planned-parenthood-proof.pdf

Prior to the book’s publication, I reached out to the Lasker Foundation to see if they had a statement on the racist and white supremacist roots of its founders.  They never replied.  I have reached out a few times since with the same results.  Ironically, Gamble’s organization Pathfinder at least acknowledges its founder’s racist roots, not that it forced its leadership to end its founder’s vision-controlling the births of non-whites.  Even Planned Parenthood has felt the heat.  Due to exposure to Sanger’s racism, it discontinued its Margret Sanger Award in 2015 and even renamed one of its abortion mills.

Will the Lasker Foundation acknowledge the racist roots of its founders?  That is all up to the readers, especially those in the media.  I  recommend that readers of this article contact the Lasker Foundation and perhaps sent them a link to this article and ask when they will come clean and denounce its racist roots.  The Lasker Foundation’s contact info:

“Why Do You Do This Stuff?” – With Ken Eyring and Tom Murray Part 3/3

Fri, 2024-05-24 18:00 +0000

An interesting question even as we wrap this series up with Part 3. Why DO activists do what they do – especially those whose “voluntary careers” span years, if not decades?

It’s sometimes a thankless and vilified “job,” especially if you are ruffling the feathers of those who wish to be left alone in the dusty and dim corners of Government. In fact, it was GraniteGrok’s early mantra that said, “We bring Big Flashlights” to those Dark Corners (too bad that the other ‘Grok founder decided to move towards those corners, but flipping is oft seen – it is easy to get coerced by Power, influence, and money).

And that’s what Ken and Tom, via the Government Integrity Project, have been doing, with elections and voting being a forte of theirs (oh, and investigating budgetary sleight of hand).

You can tell that they enjoy it – sometimes, immensely. However, one should never take their jocular manner to mean that they shy away from a fight that must be done. Those smiles are still there, but the meaning behind those smiles changes radically if you catch my drift.

Anyways, the final install of this series – Part 3:

!function(r,u,m,b,l,e){r._Rumble=b,r[b]||(r[b]=function(){(r[b]._=r[b]._||[]).push(arguments);if(r[b]._.length==1){l=u.createElement(m),e=u.getElementsByTagName(m)[0],l.async=1,l.src="https://rumble.com/embedJS/u359331"+(arguments[1].video?'.'+arguments[1].video:'')+"/?url="+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+"&args="+encodeURIComponent(JSON.stringify([].slice.apply(arguments))),e.parentNode.insertBefore(l,e)}})}(window, document, "script", "Rumble");

Rumble("play", {"video":"v4u4tle","div":"rumble_v4u4tle"});

Perhaps I should do this more often with other activists.  If you think so, throw out some names in the Comment section!

To all those who are sending in memes, thank you!  Many, many good ones!  Please do share this post, and if you share an individual meme, consider mentioning you saw it on the Grok! Also, I strongly urge – if you can – that you support the Grok! Hearken back to the Monday Edition.

Let’s assume this is true, and widely replicable.  What next?  Will we see this fought tooth and nail by the autism industrial complex?  Because there’s a lot of coin being made here.  The vaccines that cause autism (five years ago I’d never would have said that).  The enormous medical / counselor / training / etc. complex that’s grown out of it.  Are there meds for autism?  I’m sure there are.

I see people on LinkedIn praising the Dow for getting to 40k.  Inflation, not value creation.  But that never occurs to them.

And note something very dangerous.  All of a sudden it’ll hit them that we, the “unwashed”, the “foil hat wearers”, the Deplorables – we were RIGHT.  Right on the Jabs, right on the Globalists, right on mass migration, etc.  Remember, they’ve built up their personalities around the fact that they are the superior intellects.  Greater intelligence, more educated, more noble, etc.  IMHO this dissonance will drive many mad, and they’ll lash out.  Head on a swivel.

The only questions for me are WHEN DO THE SLEEPER CELLS AWAKEN? and HOW MUCH DAMAGE WILL THEY DO?  My bet is they’ll target the grid; effective, relatively vulnerable and easy to target, and the cities without power will quickly dissolve into chaos.

ENVY is a very corrosive force on society.  Now, in small doses, it can inspire someone to work harder.  But as a raw emotion, it is entirely destructive.

IMHO our Founding Fathers are watching Liberty slip away and wondering “Why did we go through the trouble”?

And not only do those illegals vote D when they can, those profits get laundered back to the D politicians.  So essentially, this is Democrats using tax money, laundered, to fuel their campaigns and fatten their wallets.  (Though honestly, Republicans do this too.)

My older kid will, soon I think, enter the workforce.  They already say TAXATION IS THEFT!  Can’t wait to see their reaction when they see the taxes taken out of their first paycheck.

This is, or should be in a sane world, huge (from my Jarhead friend):

The raid on President Trump’s estate at Mar-A-Largo was even worse then we thought.  Recently obtained document show that the FBI was authorized DEADLY FORCE against Trump and/or his Secret Service protection detail.  Really?  Why?  Lots of questions, but it shows how badly the Deep State wants to take care of the “Trump Problem”:

Many hundreds of years ago and following, the Western mind decided that giving such power to elites was not a good idea. The “continuing calculation” about what costs and benefits are experienced by billions of people from compulsory impositions is not something we should risk, not even with AI (which Barry says will solve the problems next time). Instead, we generally decided that a presumption of freedom is a better idea than empowering a small elite of scientists with the power to make “continuing calculations” for our supposed benefit.

N adds:  Read the above about made in China, then read this (bolding and underlining added):

We chose an American military chip that is highly secure with sophisticated encryption standard, manufactured in China. Our aim was to perform advanced code breaking and to see if there were any unexpected features on the chip. We scanned the silicon chip in an affordable time and found a previously unknown backdoor inserted by the manufacturer. This backdoor has a key, which we were able to extract. If you use this key you can disable the chip or reprogram it at will, even if locked by the user with their own key. This particular chip is prevalent in many systems from weapons, nuclear power plants to public transport. In other words, this backdoor access could be turned into an advanced Stuxnet weapon to attack potentially millions of systems. The scale and range of possible attacks has huge implications for National Security and public infrastructure.

Got that?  A backdoor installed by the manufacturer that allows access even if the chip is supposedly locking the system.  More election-related:

The “trans” community has been spouting for years that to not let a child transition puts the child at greater risk of suicide.  However, a recent study shows that it’s actually FAR more likely (12 times) that they will commit suicide after “gender affirming surgery”.  We’ve been lied to.  Again.  Why can’t these people just allow kids to be KIDS?  Just because Sally is a bit of a tom-boy does NOT mean that she wants to BE a boy.  Almost all of the “gender confused” females grow up to be happy, healthy wives & mothers, and the same goes for males.  But the elites don’t want happy, healthy NORMAL families, so they push the “trans” lies:

America Has Fallen … You Better Have An Exit Plan

Fri, 2024-05-24 14:00 +0000

Lenin said something along the lines of … Give me just one generation of youth, and I’ll transform the whole world. While the GOP has spent decades bloviating bromides about free markets, free trade, limited government, peace through strength, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah … the Woke-Communists (f/k/a Democrats) have been doing. I’ll say it agin for you bitter-clingers … the Right talks; the Left acts.

The Left controls every major institution in America … Big Tech, Hollywood, Sports, Public Education, Media, etc., etc, etc… The Woke-Communists through their control of these institutions, especially public education and “higher” education, have indoctrinated generations of Americans. The Right, in contrast, persists in gaslighting us that EFAs (or vouchers, or school-choice or whatever name you prefer) are going to create “competition” that will force the public schools to improve. It’s such BULLSH*T.

So here is the result of the Right’s failure to engage in the culture war the Woke-Communists have been engaging in since they “lost” the Cold War. A SUPER-MAJORITY of the youngest voting-bloc … the future of America … are Woke-Communists:

But I know bitter-clingers, you don’t need an exit-plan because … “We’ve got the guns,” “I’m not giving up an inch of my great country,” “What’s the plan,” “Focus of the fiscal issues,” “Slava Ukraine,” “New Hampshire Advantage,” “Wait till they get to the real world,” blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Del Mar Energy: An Industrial Giant from Texas with Global Ambitions

Fri, 2024-05-24 13:00 +0000

The American industrial holding company Del Mar Energy, founded in 2002 in Texas County, has transformed over the past two decades from a small regional firm into a global leader in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Starting its journey with oil and gas extraction, the company showcases an innovative approach and a commitment to sustainable development, allowing it to successfully compete on the international stage.

Del Mar Energy’s history began at the start of the 21st century, with the company focusing on traditional methods of oil and gas extraction. However, starting in 2011, when the company transitioned to the fountain method of gas extraction, it became clear that Del Mar Energy was committed to implementing advanced technologies and improving the efficiency of its operations. This transition not only increased production volumes but also reduced the negative impact on the environment.

A significant milestone in the company’s history came in 2015 when Del Mar Energy received its first government contract for oil export to Europe and began developing deposits in that region. This contract not only opened new markets for the company but also confirmed its status as a reliable partner in the global energy market.

In 2017, Del Mar Energy changed its financial structure, moving to a private financing system with a daily payout model. This innovation allowed the company to ensure stable project financing and flexibility in managing financial resources, contributing to further growth and strengthening its market position.

One of the company’s most notable achievements came in 2019 when Del Mar Energy won its first tender worth over $100 million. This success confirmed the high level of trust in the company and its ability to execute large and complex projects.

However, the most pivotal year in Del Mar Energy’s recent history was 2021. In this year, the company achieved two major successes that demonstrate its commitment to innovation and expanding its activities beyond the energy sector. Early in the year, Del Mar Energy won a tender for the construction of a highway in France. This project not only opened new opportunities for the company in the field of infrastructure construction but also strengthened its international reputation.

Moreover, in 2021, the company treated its solar panels with a special coating that makes them impact-resistant. This innovation represents a significant step forward in the field of renewable energy, ensuring the durability and resistance of solar panels to adverse weather conditions and physical damage. This not only extends the lifespan of the panels but also reduces maintenance and replacement costs.

These achievements are evidence that Del Mar Energy is not afraid to venture beyond the conventional and is committed to sustainable development. The company continues to actively invest in new technologies and expand its horizons, enabling it to stay at the forefront of the global market.

Today, Del Mar Energy is a powerful holding that successfully combines traditional extraction methods with innovative approaches and sustainable development. As a leader in the energy sector, the company is confidently moving toward new heights, affirming its reputation as a reliable and innovative partner on the global stage. Del Mar Energy’s success story inspires other companies to reach new heights in their industries, demonstrating that innovation and sustainable development are key factors for long-term success.
