First ‘Government’ Vaccine-Mandate Apology … Ever?

Mon, 2023-03-06 23:30 +0000

Government officials issuing non-apology apologies is an epidemic all its own. Actual apologies are rare as albino alligators and no less dangerous. Politicians rarely do anything in any manner that cannot be spun to their advantage. This is the exception.

A town councilor in West Nipissing, Ontario, Canada, Anne Tessier, officially apologizes for vaccine mandates.

I want to acknowledge that this policy has caused a lot of unnecessary harm and animosity within our Workforce and community. I believe that this policy was mistakenly adopted 12 months ago. The general population knows today that the Covid vaccine does not stop the spread of the virus. 12 months ago, the municipal council was well aware that the virus spread did not correlate with vaccination status prior to this policy being adopted.

A constituent had presented to the council the Public Health Ontario data showing that by January 2022, more cases were reported per capita in vaccinated people versus unvaccinated people. Unfortunately, the outcome of the vote from the municipal council resulted in the implementation of this punitive policy. With all my heart, I extend my apologies to those who were affected negatively by this policy, and I hope that as a municipality and a community, we can move forward. Thank you.

Is anyone aware of any examples where someone in elected office, appointed or working for the alleged public health apparatus that pushed any of the approved narratives (quarantines, masks, lockdowns, vaccine mandates, safe and effective) has admitted publicly that this was all wrong? That the data we could see with our own eyes told a truth they all ignored.

I’m not expecting hospitals to admit they coded patients to get free money without regard for actual health. There’s no evidence corporate hospitals have ever operated in any manner that was not in their own best interests. But it would be refreshing, as time and evidence overwhelm the lies and fear used to sustain those false narratives if folks at least admitted they were scared and went along rather than do actual science and question everything.

I’m not expecting it, but a lot of people have been harmed unnecessarily in obedience to falsehoods peddled as public health that so-called knuckle-dragging idiots could see very clearly just weeks into each layer of bullish!t.

And apologies are nice, but we need more people with a healthy distrust of government in all its faces and forms. They let us down at every level, in some instances, tried to hold us down, from towns to counties to states, courts, and of course, the Feds and the Globalists. You all insisted that public health was your priority, but that was never true. The question now is if or when you realized what motivated you to go along to get along.

West Nipissing, Ontario, Canada, has a population under 15,000. Councilor. Anne Tessier apologizes for what her town did. It’s brave and honest.

Just a few billion more people waiting for their elected or public health officials.

Do not hold your breath.

Attention NH GOP Chair Chris Ager: NH GOP E-Board Member Thad Riley Endorses a Democrat over a Republican

Mon, 2023-03-06 22:00 +0000

Chairman Ager,

You notably stated at your acceptance speech upon being elected the NH GOP RNC Committeeman that “GraniteGrok will hold me accountable”.  Now as NH GOP Chair, those words are even more important.  And yes, we are holding you accountable to uphold the Party strictures on Republicans that have decided to disregard this specific ByLaw (emphasis mine):

Any registered Republican who, at the same time joins or allows his or her name to be used in support of a political committee or a defined group of individuals, that in title or effect is intended to be understood by the public to be a committee or group comprised in whole or in part of members of the Republican Party endorsing a candidate for elected office from another political party, when there is a candidate nominated by the Republican Party for that office, shall be disqualified during the then present and the next biennium from holding an office of the State Committee or any County or City Committee, from being a member of the Executive Committee and from being a member of the State Committee.

We expect swift action with respect to this ByLaw as Thad Riley has endorsed a Democrat in a race where there is a Republican also running. He is currently the NH GOP Assistant Secretary

It was rather surprising to see him standing with Eric Turer, current NH State Rep and prior Brentwood Democrat Committee Chair (who is WELL known to the ‘Grok) in endorsing that Democrat by the name of Paul Kleinman for Select Board:

Seems quite pleased with himself in doing so.

Please consider the following document that was sent to us.  Those items marked as Thad are from his Facebook page.  The “Jims” are Jim Johnson and Jim Berlo, conservative activists in Barrington Brentwood.

Brentwood resident Thad Riley is currently the New Hampshire Republican Party as Assistant Secretary. He has chosen to endorse a democrat friend over a proven conservative Republican for a crucial Select Board seat. We present Thad’s Facebook post with comments below.  Emphasis mine:

Thad:

“Hi friends,

I want to share with you all that myself and Eric Turer, our Democratic State Rep, have together endorsed our mutual friend Paul Kleinman for Select Board here in Brentwood. I don’t think Eric and I can disagree more politically, so when we agree, we want to share this with you.”

Sidenote: I am told that a copy of the Barrington Brentwood checklist will be sent to me showing that Mr. Kleinman is, indeed, a registered Democrat.

Jims:

Can’t say we are surprised. Thad Reily, former head of the Brentwood GOP, failed NH Governor candidate, and current Assistant Secretary for the New Hampshire Republican Party has forsaken support for the only loyal Brentwood conservative Selectboard candidate Melissa Litchfield for Thad’s personal Democrat friend. This is the ultimate betrayal to all Republicans in Brentwood and the state of New Hampshire.

Thad:

“First, for context, there are 3 candidates vying for 2 positions, so that’s good for everyone to know. So my endorsement isn’t necessarily me standing against another candidate.”

Jims:

Context? There is only one perspective before the Brentwood Republican Party, electing the lone conservative voice to the Board of Selectmen. It is of paramount concern that Thad Reily has chosen to use his elected position in the NH Republican party to sabotage the Brentwood Republican candidate. NH Republicans are you paying attention? The laughter from the Left is at you, not with you. Thad. No joke!

Thad:

“Second, I’ve been friends with the Kleinman family for several years, and greatly appreciate them as great neighbors and humans. Character and the way you treat others matter, and this is a fantastic reason to vote for my friend.”

Jims:

Since you mention character, Thad, what do you think selling out the New Hampshire Republicans does for your character? You are a pariah of your own making, an outcast that cannot be trusted.

Thad:

”Third, my friend Paul has a very diverse voting record, and I respect his love for our country and the votes he has cast. Sometimes we agreed and other times we absolutely did not, but what matters here is that I know without a shadow of a doubt that Paul will always choose what he believes is best for Brentwood, and won’t be bound by party or politics. Boy, do we need to be electing folks who will just choose to do the right thing!”

Jims:.

None of what you have offered provides any insight into the ‘diverse’ political leanings of your friend but that’s not the issue. Your treachery toward the Republican party is the issue here.

Thad:

“Finally, no one else has asked for or spoken with me about an endorsement or asked me to be part of their campaign. I’m always open and willing and have contacted multiple candidates to sit down with me for our town elections. I’m not afraid to engage in real conversations, so I’m not going to blindly endorse anyone. As you know, our America, New Hampshire, and Brentwood will be facing serious issues in the next few years, so I don’t take it lightly one bit who I endorse. This is serious stuff to me!”

Jims:

Candidates are to come and kneel for an endorsement? That smells of narcissistic excrement. Thad, apparently you just don’t get it. You fail to comprehend your role as a NH GOP leadership member. It is the GOP you should be endorsing, not forming pacts with treacherous democrats. The fact that no candidate has reached out might be a sign of disbelief.

Thad:

“If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me. I’m always willing to listen. Please vote for my friend Paul for SelectBaord and know you’ve made the right choice.”

Jims:

Brentwood: Vote for Melissa Litchfield, a true conservative.

Jim Berlo & Jim Johnson

The “Jims” are right – it’s about the strictures placed upon Riley as an elected member of the NH GOP Executive Board.

We interviewed Thad Riley for almost two hours during his “GrokGauntlet” during his run for Government. While talking a good game that many accepted, we found a severe lack concerning the office of the Governor and its duties.  In it, he showed large gaps in his homework (or lack thereof).

He has repeated that lack of proper homework once again as he blithely has ignored / passed it over the ByLaw that should be holding his behavior in check.  Failing to read it and abide by it should be “for cause” dismissal from his position.

And, I bet, the reason why Eric Turer is smiling and looking so jocular that is that Thad ignored Star Wars’ Admiral Ackbar admonishment:

It’s a trap!

And Riley gleefully ran to it instead of away from it.

If Muslim Populations Achieve Political Critical Mass in America…The Stuff Dems Claim to Defend Is Gone.

Mon, 2023-03-06 20:30 +0000

There’s some debate about whether Islam has already conquered Europe. The UK is damn close, so it behooves us to ask, what happens to Democrats if Muslims take over their party?

Was that a weird thing to say? Shouldn’t they be more interested in the so-called theocracy-driven neo-Christian conservative totalitarians? And why not? Easy. Sharia-driven Islam is an intolerant totalitarian political system, just like Democrat Socialism.

The political right has lots of constitution-defending, free speech loving, self-defense liberty folks. With few exceptions, Christians support free speech, religious liberty, and individual rights, including self-defense. You can have your religion as long as they can have theirs.

Fundamentalist Islam, the sort using culture to conquer the world, is the polar opposite which is why all the high-profile political Muslims in America tend to be Democrats. But do Democrats understand that they are infiltrating them like the left has infiltrated education, churches, music, Hollywood, and big tech?

They make for an odd couple until you ignore the window dressing and get on the carpet. They are both totalitarian. They allow you to ignore any law (religious or secular) to achieve a desired end. That end is systemic control of the population through centralized power.

Assuming these arcs do not change course, Muslim populations will eventually achieve critical electoral mass. When that happens, do they choose freedom, individual rights, and an open and promiscuous culture? Probably not. All the culturally progressive stuff will get rubbed out. There will be no grooming in public schools. Gay marriage will likely cease, existing unions annulled or decertified, and those couples forced apart – the children removed and put in the care of ‘the state.’ Assuming no one gets executed for blasphemy.

There will be actual censorship, not the fake fear-mongered nonsense we get from Democrats today. There will be books, movies, and music, that will be banned for real—things you are forbidden from saying.

The Islamification of the West is the goal, and the moderates will not be in charge.

The Gay Agenda, Green Agenda, and Women’s rights. All out the door. And here’s the unfortunate part. Democrats in power will not give a damn as long as Democrats are in control. That’s why Islam chose them as their vehicle. They will destroy the culture and the people so Islam can save them for Islam – or cleanse them from the Global Ummah.

There is no other explanation for why a fundamentalist theocratic faith system would piggyback a ride on everything they allegedly despise about American culture and human nature.

So, hate on Republicans or Christians all you want, Dems – but they are the defenders of the freedoms necessary for the culture you claim to defend to exist.  Islamic theocracy is totalitarian and would end nearly everything your party claims to support in exchange for despotic control.

But if the women and the gays and the rest discovered this truth, they might stop voting for you, so you’ve done a fine job of dividing everyone further and blaming others to stay in power to do what?

Lose it all.

Sunday Spotlight (On Monday!): A Night of Music and Snow by the Ocean

Mon, 2023-03-06 19:00 +0000

Saturday was a magical night spent with special friends, fine food, good drink, and a long-time friend working his mastery on stage, creating the sound of beautiful music. I have known Bruce Marshall for twenty years and have heard him and his bands on countless nights in four states.

From Newport, RI, to a New Year’s Eve show in a barn in Maine, Bruce and his crew never sounded as good as they did last night on the shores of Salisbury Beach. The Bruce Marshall Group, Montgomery and Marshall, Bruce Marshall Solo, or, as we enjoyed last night, Bruce Marshall and the Shadow Riders; I never heard the band that tight and the music so sweet. In his many iterations, Bruce Marshall is a New England treasure, and I have been lucky enough to experience the Bruce Marshall experience for the last twenty years.

I wrote in my last article about the lack of competence in society, but that is not the case with Bruce. He has devoted his life to being a superb guitarist and songwriter, and he is fortunate to be surrounded by musicians that push each other to the limits. I am always amazed to see a new face on stage, yet never a beat is missed. That was the case tonight with a new sax and flute player. The solos on both instruments brought well deserved applause, and I hope that is not the last we have heard of this young musician.

Saturday’s show was a tribute to the Marshall Tucker Band and very personal to Bruce, the impact of Toy Caldwell on Bruce’s music and career. I listen to Marshall Tucker sometimes, and I think that Toy smiles down on Bruce as he and the Shadow Riders make the music sound better than ever. Toy was either a very good teacher, or Bruce is an amazing prodigy; or maybe a little of both.

It was a long time ago when I first heard the sounds of Kalispell coming up the stairs at the Grog in Newburyport. I was drawn down those stairs, and I have since been a fan of Bruce and his music. I have gotten to know Bruce along this musical journey, and he is as genuine as the sounds his fingers create as they ride effortlessly up and down the neck of his guitar. We are not as young as the first night we met, but the music never gets old, and I hope I will always have another Bruce Marshall musical event to look forward to. The bands of today come and go, and the old timers from our younger days try to hang on, but we are lucky in New England to have Bruce Marshall to enjoy, whether he is sitting alone on a stool or surrounded by one of his musical gangs, you know the music will make you smile, and you will hope there is no last call.

Three New Hampshire Towns Have Ballot Initiatives to Ban Electronic Voting Machines

Mon, 2023-03-06 17:30 +0000

Electronic voting has been implicated in several counting errors in recent elections, resolved by hand-counting ballots. Residents in three New Hampshire towns have proposed skipping the electronic middle-man and doing away with the machines.

Reformatted.

Residents in Pelham, Salem and Sandown will consider in March if their towns should exclusively hand count ballots in future elections. The issue is presented as a citizen’s petition in each community. The petitions look to stop and prohibit the future use of electronic ballot counting devices in town and school elections, instead requiring a hand count.

Sununu Stooge Joe Sweeney has sided with the machines. ” He stressed the burden of hand-counting on poll workers since they are obligated (to) get ballots counted in a single sitting.”

Sweeney said a local election with 3,000 to 4,000 voters would take over a day to count. A state election with participation from 17,000 voters would take even longer.

In some towns, it would take a lot longer, and there’s no guarantee they’d get it right. But machine issues are not a conspiracy theory, and absent clean and fair elections; there’s not much purpose to them. The result will be lower turnout in town elections – which is abysmal already – and fallout in statewide or general elections.

The Democrats like to say they want to count every vote or for every vote to count. Republicans, among others, say every legal vote. Machines screw up, and people screw up. What is the solution to a problem that hand-counting can address with adequate transparency when the alternative benefits grow-government power politicos on both sides?

To be clear, I’m not sure hand counting fixes the problems. We need better control of absentee ballots and make any other vote-by-mail illegal. No sane nation interested n preventing fraud allows it.

And while same-day registration is a problem, so is motor-voter.

Allowing people to vote who are here but whose legal address is outside New Hampshire is still a problem. Sure, we have an enhanced affidavit law that is supposed to sideline those ballots until legal proof of residency is obtained, but it’s also got holes and room for more. But it will prevent those votes from being counted for a few days to allow proof of residency or domicile, whichever word you prefer.

Maybe we should drop the instant election results gratification paradigm instead of insisting that a faster outcome is always better and focus on what raises trust and participation.

Stop allowing ballots or voters that arrive past the polling place closing time. Period. Maybe make election day a national holiday for everyone, not just government and union employees.

And I’m not saying hand-counting does what we need, but what does?

An Open Letter … Challenge Actually … To Frank Edleblut … Show Me The Money

Mon, 2023-03-06 16:00 +0000

Dear Frank … I would like to know what percentage of every dollar spent on education goes to Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, that lovely euphemism for “identity”-based socialism. Can you direct me to the pie chart on your website that shows a detailed breakdown of how all the money … and we sure do spend a lot on public education in New Hampshire … is spent? You see … I couldn’t find such a breakdown.

And to be clear, I am not talking about a meaningless breakdown with categories such as “administration,” “support,” blah, blah, blah. I wan to know in as great practical detail as possible … WHERE IS ALL THAT EDUCATION MONEY GOING. Show me the money, Frank.

You see … here is the problem: All that we really know about public education spending in New Hampshire is that we don’t know. More specifically, I believe that the average per pupil spending is $19,400.00 … and the average classroom size is seventeen.  So that’s nearly $330,000 per classroom. So let’s assume the total compensation the teacher of that classroom receives is $100,000, which I am certain is on the high side. That leaves $230,000 per classroom unaccounted for. WHERE THE HELL IS ALL THAT MONEY GOING?

Again, to be clear, telling me all that other money … the $230,000 per classroom unaccounted for … goes to “administration,” “support,” etc. TELLS ME NOTHING. I want specifics …how much is being spent on “diversity” … how much on superintendents, assistant superintendents, assistants to the assistants of the assistants, etc.. … ETC., ETC., ETC. I would like both the state average and the information by individual school district.

And please don’t tell me that I can do a Right-to-Know if I want to know. Oversight and stewardship of how the public schools are spending the vast sums of money they receive annually is YOUR JOB.

I don’t expect a response … and that’s the point. Not only do we have NO IDEA how most of the money is being spent … apparently nobody in a position to shed some light on this matter gives a damn.

First The left Steals Women’s Trophies, Now They Are Stealing Their History

Mon, 2023-03-06 14:30 +0000

The Dems culture war is at odds with their party-of-women talking points. An issue on which Democrat women are increasingly divided. Good. The rose-colored glasses need to come off because they’ve never cared about you, and the Smithsonian’s latest leap proves it.

Interim [American Women’s History Museum] director Lisa Sasaki told The New York Times that “transgender women” — AKA men pretending to be women — will be included in the potential new museum which has already received millions in funding because its “inclusivity” defines what the homage to American women is all about.

Will there be a special exhibit featuring the first time a biological male robbed an actual woman (XX) of a job, opportunity, small business loan, government grant, cabinet position, or trophy?

How about beauty pageant losers – that’s destined to start happening soon enough. Nothing espouses the talent and beauty of women more than a biological man winning such a competition.

Literally, anyone can claim a place…

They simply have to “identify” as a woman while having made some contribution to American society deemed historic by the powers that be with this museum.

Nonetheless, the museum has yet to receive congressional approval, but it has raised $55 million in donations from benefactors such as Melinda Gates, Bill Gates’ ex-wife, The Alice Walton Foundation, and more wealthy philanthropists.

The group already has online features up and running. It features the likes of “Sylvia Rivera” who co-founded “the militant group and youth shelter STAR (Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries).” A search for conservative icon and actual woman Phyllis Schlafly yields nothing.

…unless they are actual women who accomplished things the American Women’s History Museum (or its progressive director) finds ideologically distasteful.

Does the museum require these men who are women to have had surgery to remove their man parts, or is this a standard culture war op? If they felt like a woman when they did it, that counts.

And no distinctions? Right, is there a section for women who aren’t even American or, better yet, non-American men who identify as women that happen to be in America? Anything for the men identifying as women who rape biological women in the ladies’ bathroom, locker room, or prison laundry? You might not be able to find the firsts, but there are likely to be some who are more prolific than others.

And no, none of this is transphobic. No one I know is afraid of transgenders. The few with legitimate issues can easily earn our compassion. Mental health issues suck and on an individual basis, it’s no different than accepting a preferred nickname or form of address.

The concern centers on the danger to actual women from predators abusing the progs system and the consensus that not being able to accept yourself gives you a right to get the government to force others to conform to your worldview.

As Rick likes to say, you can invite me to your princess party, but I don’t have to go.

The Smithsonian has decided you do, at least you will if you walk through the doors of the as-yet-approved institution. It only exists online for now and in the near future.

Perhaps if it set up shop in Ukraine it would already be fully funded and emitting carbon to celebrate men making women’s history. Wait. That wouldn’t work. Ukraine is intolerant of the LGBTQ agenda.

Is Competence Outdated

Mon, 2023-03-06 13:00 +0000

This country thrived and grew for years on a system of meritocracy. Excellence was not only what most people strived for but what most expected in every aspect of our lives. We went to restaurants that had five-star reviews. We bought the cars named best of the year.

We bought appliances given the highest ratings by Consumer Reports. We wouldn’t even get a haircut from someone who didn’t have rave reviews. We sought people to fill positions, not by the color of their skin, the origin of their family, or their sexual preference. But by their proficiency and whether they would be a good fit for the team.

That philosophy served us well as we were usually satisfied with the services we used, and the items we purchased lasted longer than it took to pay for them. We let that thinking slip away slowly to be replaced with what we have today. Meritocracy has been replaced with diversity, and I am not sure anyone has been served well with that metamorphosis. When was the last time you could say you were satisfied with a purchase or service to the point of telling others?

We have sold our souls for cheap material goods. The once proud “Made in America” is rarely found amongst the plethora of products with labels claiming “Made in China.” We have evolved to a service-based economy; no economy can thrive by exchanging one service for another. We need to produce, and there are sad stories about the quality of what we do manufacture.

Look at our military machine. We used to brag about the quality and might of our military equipment. We are still sailing ships and flying planes from decades ago because of the technology and quality of their construction. Recently, our Navy introduced the littoral combat ship, and thirteen have been commissioned since 2014. Half of those ships have been retired due to hull and other significant system failures that rendered these units unsafe for combat use. These ships cost $360 Million each to build, and now the fleet costs $70 Million per year per ship to operate and maintain. We should have bought the extended warranty.

Politics is awash with people who do not represent the best we have to offer. We have settled for mediocrity and continue to return these folks for multiple terms. Once entrenched, these people are almost impossible to replace. Look at the 2022 election cycle and the state of Pennsylvania. They elected a man to the Senate who had suffered a nearly deadly stroke months before the election. He could not understand oral questions, but when given to him in text, his answers were incoherent. He is now in a hospital bed suffering from depression and deserves our prayers for recovery but not his return to the Capital. If not bad enough, the same voters elected a man who was deceased. Rep. Tony DeLuca died months before the election, but the voters still saw him as their best choice.

As part of America’s resurgence, we must cast aside equity and diversity and again insist on the best—the best of products and the best of people. Getting back to excellence and America first will elevate all Americans and make us ready to face and conquer our next challenge

The Morning Mail – March 6th, 2023

Mon, 2023-03-06 11:30 +0000

On this day in history, 1836 -Mexican soldiers overwhelm the Texan defenders, killing hundreds at The Alamo, including William Travis, Jim Bowie, and Davy Crockett.

In 1857 the US Supreme Court’s Dred Scott Decision ruled Africans could not be US citizens.

In 1869 Dmitri Mendeleev presented the first periodic table of the elements to the Russian Chemical Society. And in 1899, Felix Hoffmann patented “Aspirin” (acetylsalicylic acid) for the German company Bayer.

It is Dentists, Dresses, Frozen Food, Oreos, and white chocolate cheesecake day. It is ‘report general services administration fraud day.’ It’s also no homework day, world tennis day, The Alamo Day, and the day of the dude.

So, we need a dude dentist in a dress with frozen oreos (no homework) and some aspirin who shouts remember the alamo…or something.

Has Trump Learned Anything?

Mon, 2023-03-06 02:30 +0000

So this is a bit dated … but unlike Mikey Graham I am not compensated for this. One of the major knocks against Trump … besides his handling of COVID; i.e., letting Fascist Fauci run the country … is the many, many horrible personnel decisions he made as POTUS. Before we continue, a few words and some advice for some Trump supporters (NOT all, but some). … Yes, I fully understand I’m not supposed to criticize anything about Trump … that I am supposed to say he never made a mistake … that it was all Trump playing four-dimensional chess, while the rest of us are struggling with checkers … that you can’t say someone is less than perfect, that he made mistakes, and yet still decide to vote for that person in the primary … etc. etc. etc. … SORRY but that’s ridiculous and if you feel that way I suggest you stop reading now. Also, I don’t think that you help Trump’s cause by reflexively going scorched earth anytime there is any criticism of Trump.

So with those prefatory comments made, and again let me emphasize those comments are directed at some, NOT all Trump supporters, let’s proceed. … Back on January 23rd, when Trump keynoted the State Party meeting, he announced that the outgoing Chairman of the NHGOP would be a senior advisor. For example, from Politico:

In New Hampshire, Trump recently made an appearance before the state GOP and has hired the former state party chairman, Stephen Stepanek, as a senior adviser.

Stepanek was … as I knew he would be, having seen him in the House up close in 2011-2012 … a dismal failure as the Chairman of the NHGOP.  What’s next … John Endless-Wars Bolton back as head of the NSA? … James Nato-First-America-Last Mattis for a return engagement as Secretary of Defense? … Elaine Chou? … the list of really bad personnel choices is a long one.

Trump hitching Stepanek to the wagon may not be disqualifying … but it certainly is NOT encouraging … if you are worried that Trump would repeat the mistakes of his first administration in a second administration. It certainly makes you question whether Trump has learned anything.

Rasmussen: 61% Believe Feds Helped Incite Capitol Riot – 80% Want All the J6 Video Released

Mon, 2023-03-06 01:00 +0000

This is an interesting result from Rasmussen. A majority believe the ‘Authorities’ incited the January 6th riot, which means that they would be guilty of fomenting an insurrection, a complete 18o degree flip from the media/machine messaging.

If it was an insurrection, then it was started by forces inside the government, not by citizens being detained or incarcerated.

Sixty-one percent (61%) of voters believe it is likely that undercover government agents helped provoke the Capitol riot, including 39% who think it’s Very Likely. Thirty percent (30%) don’t think it’s likely undercover agents helped provoke the riot, including 18% who say it is Not At All Likely.

And nearly everyone wants to see most or all of the J6 video unedited, including 78% of the Democrats surveyed.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 80% of Likely U.S. Voters believe it is important that the public be able to view all the videos of the Capitol riot, including 58% who think it’s Very Important.  …  Eighty-six percent (86%) of Republicans, 78% of Democrats, and 75% of voters not affiliated with either major party believe it is important that the public be able to view all the videos of the Capitol riot.

This last set of results puts the entire political establishment in a bind. Everyone wants to see the evidence, and yes, many will be looking for and insisting that what we see proves the side we’ve chosen. But what if it doesn’t? What if that majority who insist people were incited by the government has a strong case after it’s all out there?

Will it be good for anything back pats and attaboys? Is anyone going to free citizens detained or pursue the organizers in the government? And what happens if not?

I’ve seen enough clips to think that 61% will be proven right but I can’t help but wonder if this evidence, when viewed, might not start an actual insurrection and if that is the reason for letting it all hang out there.

Is the nation so thoroughly partisan and on edge that this becomes a match to a fuse? Are the conspirators who plotted the government’s decision to try and incite a riot going to use it to start more of them?

It needs to be out there, but I have doubts about the end result. Kevin McCarthy released access to Fox News and the Tucker Carlson show first. At some point, all the media will get that same access.

Why Fox first? Why now?

I know being a cynic has its downsides, but I strongly believe it all needs to be out in the public domain. But if the government incited the riot, and it rises as we’ve been told to insurrection,  there is very little evidence that the government is going to do anything meaningful about its own treasonous acts.

American College of Surgery – Goes Woke. Bans Surgeon for Questioning its DIE & “Systemic Racism” Mantras

Sun, 2023-03-05 23:30 +0000

Emphasis mine:

:In April 2021, after thirty years as a Fellow in good standing in the American College of Surgeons (ACS), I was banned for life from the ACS Communities, the online discussion forum for ACS Fellows.

“In addition to this, I was banned from access to the membership directory of the ACS and from my own private messages.

Why was such an extreme action taken against me? It was because I objected to the characterization of the ACS as a systemically racist organization, of surgeons as implicitly racist, and of surgery itself as a racist discipline in which non-white patients do not fare as well as white patients when operated upon by white surgeons. In their own words, the ACS “recognized its responsibility to address the issue of structural racism within the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and within the profession of surgery.” What was the basis for such an incredible claim? The only evidence offered was the existence of disparities in representation of blacks in surgery, in the leadership of the ACS, and disparate outcomes in surgery. Structural racism was accepted without question as the cause of these sufficient to justify a radical restructuring of the ACS.”

The above is from a petition, on a tip from a lead from a friend,  on Change.org. Yes, I know, a fairly Left learning organization, but was put it up and is getting a number of signatories (yes, I have signed it). The tip was this:

My friend Rick was banned from the American College of Surgery’s online Communities forum for respectfully questioning DEI initiatives and the presumption that the specialty of surgery is systemically racist. He wrote a WSJ op-ed regarding his ban, which the college refuses to reverse. Please consider signing this petition to have him reinstated.

With many thanks,

Rick would be Dr. Richard T. Bosshardt, MD, FACS.

Well, it’s clear that the American College of Surgery (“ACS”) is NOT all that welcoming, not all that INCLUSIVE, and certainly has its snootiness showing by only believing in the Woke definition of Diversity. This is to say, you either are in lockstep with holdings that you MUST be part of our philosophical monoculture that Diversity is only skin deep. It has been totally captured by a political movement, and having watched this for years, know that the George Floyd event was a “crisis not to waste” by both the BLM and CRT missionaries being the leading waves of this movement (re: the mansions that the BLM founders have bought with the gazillions of donations by individuals & Corporations who decided that Virtue-Signaling is a great way to go!)

Soon after the George Floyd murder in June 2020, the ACS assembled a Task Force on Racism, which reported its recommendations in the Bulletin of the ACS in November 2020. Among its recommendations were adding antiracism to the values of the ACS. It added a sixth pillar, Diversity, to the pre-existing five (Advocacy and Health Policy, Communication, Education, Member Services, and Quality, Research, and Optimal Patient Care). A new Staff Office of Diversity was added with its own Executive Director and new leadership position of Clinical Director of Diversity. The Task Force recommended implementation of such initiatives as mandated courses for ACS leaders and staff on microaggressions, ally and active bystander, and implicit bias.

Translation: you WILL be indoctrinated because if you reject the statement by Ibram Kendi that if you are not an “anti-racist”, you ARE a racist!  And if you disagree, you ARE a racist!  Nice to see that these “highly educated folks” couldn’t bother to see that this is one of the poorest debating tactics ever (think “heads I win, tails you lose, and you CANNOT question me on it!”).

In June 2021, the ACS hosted a leadership retreat for leaders of all of the surgical societies with invited speaker Ibram X. Kendi, author of How to Be an Antiracist and advocate of, among other things, reverse discrimination as the answer to past discrimination.

And they FELL FOR IT!  Discrimination against ANYONE is both unethical and morally wrong simply on the visual superficiality of the color of someone’s skin.  But when you’re Woke, every other serious attribute is discarded.

And being that Kendi is a Professor at my alma mater (B.U.), I can easily say that I am ashamed of my alma mater. For years, I walked by the art installation in front of the Marsh chapel on Commonwealth Ave in Boston that honored Dr. King:

You remember him, right?  Does his speech that focused on “the content of their character” ring a bell?  Kendi can’t hold a candle to King’s intellectual, moral, or spiritual heft.  You’d think that a bunch of MDs with a whole host of acronymed degrees would have seen right through it. Seems like King couldn’t hold a candle to Kendi BS under cover of Floyd.  And the whole rest of the snake oil salesmen that have turned “racism” into a racket.

Kendi is the antithesis of King. /rant.

My objection took the form of a post in the General Surgery Forum in April 2021 in which I objected to the characterization of the ACS as systemically racist and to the installation of critical race theory in the ACS under the guise of diversity, equity, and inclusion. That post garnered nearly one thousand comments, most of which expressed the same concerns as I. I was invited to a Zoom call with the ACS leadership in March 2022 to discuss this. Shortly thereafter, the rules for the Communities were changed and all posts on DEI were relegated to a new Diversity Forum. I and other Fellows objected in that we felt DEI/CRT clearly had clinical implications per the ACS’s own stated concerns. Our posts to this effect were deleted by the General Secretary, Tyler Hughes.

…I asked for examples of my disrespectful language and improper posts and this request has never been granted. I appealed to the Board of Regents, again asking for examples of my posts justifying this ban and was again refused. I demanded reinstatement and was informed by Executive Director Patricia Turner that my lifetime ban would stand. I was also assured that I had received “due process”. I appealed to Douglas Wood, the Head of the Central Judiciary Committee seeking a hearing and he informed me that my ban had not come before the Committee, therefore this did not qualify as a disciplinary action meriting a hearing! I pointed out the violations of the ACS Bylaws dealing with disciplinary matters in banning me in this fashion and received a single sentence response essentially refusing any further discussion on the subject.

No one can be allowed to vary from The Narrative. And no, they will never tell you why (just like Facebook and (formerly) Twitter) as that would expose them to ridicule, derision, and falling on cement nose first.

Sidenote: I thought this on “Restrictive Covenants” was rather amusing. While it is about contracts and no-competes, isn’t this really what the ACS did to Dr. Bosshardt by effectively restricting him out of their lives?  Nice to see that these old white guys decided to “erase” him (as the Trans-Authoritarians accuse others of doing).

Speaking of the old White guys in the ACS leadership suite, 25 of the Regents are White out of a total Regents/Current Regents listing of 31. They are only Virtue-Signaling as NONE OF THEM RESIGNED THEIR high perches in order to allow Black and Brown people to take their places (re: Hypocrites Supreme!)

I also will say that ANY group that wants to infringe on my Second Amendment Right and Dr. Bosshardt’s First Amendment Right needs to be shamed as hard and as often as possible.

So sign the petition, please.

I also have a suggestion for Dr. Bosshardt – start a competing group.  Your revenge will be accomplished (rapidly if there were thousands of comments agreeing with you) by leaving them in the dust membership-wise.

Who’s Against Parental Rights in New Hampshire?

Sun, 2023-03-05 22:00 +0000

Two important Bills will be heard in Concord this week supporting parental rights, so who can oppose that? You can bet there will be a line of people waiting to testify against parental rights. They will use the excuse that parents cannot be trusted with their own children.

Keep in mind we have laws that are aimed at parents who are abusive or neglectful. Those who support parental rights also support strict laws against parents who put a child in harm’s way. That will not change, and we should strengthen those laws when necessary.

But now we have school policies in place that tell staff members to lie to parents. In school board policy JBAB, it says that school personnel are to lie to parents if their children change their name to one that is of the opposite sex. A child who may be struggling with their gender needs parental love and support, but how do they offer that if school staff has been instructed to lie to parents? Policy JBAB says:

III. GUIDANCE A. Privacy

The Board recognizes a student’s right to keep private one’s transgender status or gender nonconforming presentation at school. Information about a student’s transgender status, legal name, or gender assigned at birth also may constitute confidential information. School personnel should not disclose information that may reveal a student’s transgender status or gender nonconforming presentation to others, including parents and other school personnel, unless legally required to do so or unless the student has authorized such disclosure.

This policy was first introduced by The New Hampshire School Boards Association several years ago. Many schools in New Hampshire adopted this policy even though it conflicts with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) law that says:

FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children’s education records. These rights transfer to the student when he or she reaches the age of 18 or attends a school beyond the high school level. Students to whom the rights have transferred are “eligible students.”

In addition to this gross violation of parental rights, we are now discovering that school personnel have been sharing students’ mental health records with outside sources. Not only does this violate a parent’s right to keep their child’s mental health records private, it goes against ethical guidelines a school counselor must follow. Research on children always requires privacy protections and informed consent. Sadly, we’ve moved beyond ethical practices to a place where there is disdain and contempt for supporting parents as they raise their children.

The last time Parental Rights Legislation was introduced in the legislature, we heard from several organizations painting parents as abusers. What happened to due process? What happened to innocent until proven guilty?  That doesn’t exist in their world.

We are now seeing these same organizations start their battle against parents. You should know who they are, and you should make sure that your voice is heard too.
The hearings are scheduled on March 7th at the Legislative Building behind the State House.

The first one is at 9 am in Room 101 before the Senate Education Committee. SB 272 – Establishing a parents’ bill of rights in education.

The second hearing is at 1:15 pm, Room 207-208, before the House Children and Family Law Committee. HB 10 – Establishing the parental bill of rights.

Parents need to show up and let the committee know that they are not a criminal. We do not give up our parental rights when our children walk through the door of their public school.

Here are a few organizations that oppose parental rights in New Hampshire.

Progressives Duck as Pendulum Swings Back

Sun, 2023-03-05 20:30 +0000

Signs are becoming evident that the sentiment on crime in this country is finally swinging back to reality. Republican Lee Zeldin was unsuccessful in unseating Kathy Hochul for the Governor’s office in New York. Still, his anti-crime platform was strong enough to sweep Republicans into many statewide offices. The performance in such a solid Blue state was far more successful than the soft results by Republicans across the country.

The firing of Lori Lightfoot after just one term as Chicago’s Mayor reflects the state of crime and lack of safety in the country’s fourth largest city. Crime rates exploded in her four-year term, and as a result, the people sent her packing. Recall efforts in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New Orleans are indicators that people have had enough of the soft-on-crime and defund-police thinking of the radical Progressive Left. People want safety and sanity in their neighborhoods.

Washington, D.C. is unique in America. The city has a council, but Congress has oversight, and though it does not happen often, the Federal government is stepping in on the crime bill passed by the city officials. Mayor Muriel Bowser vetoed the bill, but the council overrode her veto.

Washington, D.C. is already one of our most dangerous cities with an out-of-control crime rate. This bill would incentivize criminals to come to D.C. to take advantage of soft laws and a depleted Police force. The number of active officers has dropped to the 1970s level, which is inadequate to keep the city and the federal infrastructure safe.

The image below outlines the components of the crime bill, and none of the proposals will make the city safer for residents. It will make the city safer for criminals and beckons the question, who are these politicians serving?

This situation has caused confusion in Congress. The GOP House has passed a bill to eradicate this bill, and Joe Biden surprised the Left by saying he would sign the GOP bill if the Senate moves it to him. The Left is apoplectic. They see it as contradictory that Biden can support statehood for D.C. but choose to get involved in overturning a bill passed by their city council. These people on the Left cannot rationalize that the legislation is so destructive that even Joe Biden could not sit by and see it become law—a new law to morph D.C. into a lawless community.

To complicate matters, Schumer signed a Senate bill today to make D.C. the 51st state. This legislation should not get through the House, but Biden will sign it if it reaches the Oval Office. Biden’s views do not square with his intentions to sign the bill killing the D.C. crime bill. Confusing? Absolutely. The key takeaways are that the crime bill has to be squashed, as does the D.C. statehood.

This scenario is why it is so imperative that we never allow the Democrats to gain total control of the government. They could destroy this country in record time, and our enemies will never have to fire a shot.

Wednesday, March 8th, N.H. House
ED&A
LOB, Room 206-208
10:30 a.m. – SUPPORT – HB 127, relative to the declaration of a state of emergency. This is the common sense state of emergency reform bill that Governor Sununu vetoed last year that simply forces both chambers to agree to extend an emergency after three, 21 day renewals by the governor.

Thursday, March 9th, N.H. House
House Floor Vote

SUPPORT OTP- HB 154, relative to the adoption of public health ordinances by a municipality. We have been trying to end town and city mask mandates for years by removing the authority to have a public health ordinance. While those bills have failed, this one attempts change law to require a majority of approval of any public health ordinance by the town legislative body, which is you, The People. This is the ultimate local control bill because it requires a vote by The People.
Please email your reps.

Thursday, March 9th, N.H. Senate
Senate Floor Vote

SUPPORT ITL- SB 184, relative to the age at which a minor may receive mental health treatment without parental consent. This bill seeks to allow children as young as 16 years old to receive mental health treatment without parental permission or notification.
OPPOSE Re-Refer, SUPPORT OTP- SB 253, relative to parental access to children’s medical records. There is currently a push for medical facilities to cut off parental access to their child’s medical records at 12 years old. I’ve personally heard several reports of parents changing practices due to this policy. This bill requires that parents have access to their children’s medical records until 18 years old.
Please email the senators.

Remember When Biden Said He Had Cancer? Turns Out He Had Cancer

Sun, 2023-03-05 17:30 +0000

Back when William Jefferson Clinton was (the first black) president, his vice president (Hillary, not Al Gore) ran an operation out of the West Wing that did a lot of things (many illegal), including the tamping down of bimbo-eruptions.

Bill’s roving penis was more of a problem for Hillary when Bill was president, so her staff had other duties than those typical of the average FLOTUS. It makes you wonder why none of that made it out to the public before that election – no, it doesn’t.

Teleport back to today, and Joe Biden’s the problem, not just for his wife, Jill. Sundown Dementia Joe is a deranged meat puppet who – now and again – when rolled out to be the front man for the cabal of backroom Dems running the country into the ground – blurts things out not meant for the public.

July 2022

Nothing to see here, folks, because c’mon, man – everyone knows wipers can’t remove cancer from a windshield.

A little less than a year later,

Joe Biden’s White House doctor has confirmed that the 80-year-old had a cancerous lesion removed from his chest in a surgery last month, less than one year after Biden appeared to inform a crowd of reporters that he had “cancer.”

According to a statement from Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the White House doctor and Biden’s longtime personal physician, “all cancerous tissue was successfully removed” during surgery on February 16.

Uncle Joe has healed from the surgery that removed the cancerous lesion, and all is well.

I don’t believe you. That man is crazier than a sack full of cats. Oh, and another one of his off-the-hip lucid moments was not a conspiracy theory. It was true. So, what about when he said they had a comprehensive voter fraud network (paraphrasing)?

It’s another sort of cancer and one we are having a much harder time trying to remove.

Survival Sunday – PREP Edition

Sun, 2023-03-05 16:00 +0000

First, I am merely an “enlightened amateur”.  Please vet & check on your own.  Caveat emptor.  Consider these to be priming the pump for your own investigations.  I know this is a long post; I am attempting to put out a lot of information as a resource.  Read or skip sections depending on your interests.

Second, I fear spicy time is very close, but even a month of food, water, etc., puts you well ahead of most of the sheeple.  IMHO, set your minimum sights on a three-month period.

Third, two things will be critical for having the best chance of making it through:

  1. Mentality: first and foremost in survival is having a flexible mentality and cultivating the ability to adapt. Vanity has no place in survival.
  2. Develop a meatspace network of people that are likeminded: cultivate your community ties and build alliances with neighbors (note: don’t babble about the Jab or globalists or depopulation, or start pointing political fingers when doing this)… and remember, the first rule of PREP CLUB is that there is no prep club.

And please follow both me, Nitzakhon, on Gab… as well as my blog host Granite Grok and also on Telegram Tommy Robinson Official plus his Urban Scoop site.  And don’t forget posts sometimes get cloned on American Reveille as well, which is a good site to check out in general.

FYI, here’s a link to the last Survival Sunday – SITREP Edition.

*** ANNOUNCEMENT ***

I have a crash work situation so while I will continue to do the PREP and SITREP pieces, they won’t be as comprehensive or as well researched as normal until this gets resolved.  Meme posts are suspended temporarily as well (unless I catch a break).

Oddments – random thoughts on prepping:

  1. When disposing of boxes and other packing materials that indicate a new firearm or survival thing, I shred any paper, and shred the cardboard boxes into pieces and toss them into different garbage bins as I do my daily business. E.g., am in the final stages of getting rid of a marked & branded box for a new “toy” by ripping it into small pieces and then – over the course of a week or so, a few pieces into the bin at Lowe’s, a couple into the bin at the grocery store…  I.e., no great big box or anything in MY trash showing I got something to the local garbage guy.
  2. I am reaching out to my synagogue (and another) to see if there are any members within who know about traditional canning, fruit preserve making, sausage making, etc. I’ve tried many of the local churches but no luck. Will let you know if I hear this path develops something.
  3. In parallel with the above, what other communities might be willing to share info? E.g., Koreans and fermented vegetables?
  4. If you have a smart phone – especially – start doing some driving during the course of the week, randomly, with it OFF and wrapped in foil. Even off, cell phones can be pinged by towers, and we need to start spoofing that system.
  5. Through a reader is this tidbit from Michael Yon about the dangers of lice (and, inferentially, fleas). Get some lice kits and laundry lice wash. We had lice a few years ago and they were a b*tch to get rid of… and that was with power, washing machines, etc.  Also read up on typhus and how to avoid it.  It’s a killer in unsanitary conditions.

What To Do When Stores Run Out Of Guns And Ammo – Ask a Prepper

Not advocating this, but… with something like one of these, you could organize a swarm attack or ambush on someone with a real gun.  Guerilla tactics and all.

Common Habits That Could Make You A Target For Looters (askaprepper.com)

It is vital that you speak to your family, especially children, about what they can and cannot speak to other people about.

Children like to talk and brag about how great they and their families are, so either ensure your children know that your preps are not to be discussed or keep them in the dark about the true scope of your supplies.

Does daddy own guns?  NO, they both know to answer.  Does daddy have preps?  Ditto.

Can’t keep things perfectly secret, e.g., my wife blabbing to all her friends about what an idiot I am for keeping food, etc.  But at least minimize it.  I still find it ironic that someone who went hungry during the break-up of the USSR is so anti-prepping.

Private Christian School Goes Bankrupt After Embracing #Woke Agenda

Sun, 2023-03-05 14:30 +0000

It’s time for another episode of go woke go broke; this time, broke means bankrupt. Out of business. Closed for good. Why? Christain donors stop donating after the

And no, I’m not happy about it. “Urban Christian Academy is a private, K-8 school with an enrollment of 100 that describes itself as providing “a tuition-free, high-quality, Christ-centered education for low-income students.”

One-hundred low-income kids in urban Kansas City just lost an opportunity to get a decent education because the so-called Christians running it couldn’t just teach whatever kids they had without diving into the shallow end of the culture gene pool. Jump they did, and the bottom found them quickly. Yes, they expected pushback, but not anything like where they ended up.

So, what happened exactly? They modified the mission statement.

The school’s mission statement has always stressed inclusivity in general terms, noting that following Jesus “opens up doors and makes room at the table.” But last year it added a paragraph to its website, which read in part, “We are an affirming school. We stand with the LGBTQIA+ community and believe in their holiness. We celebrate the diversity of God’s creation in all its varied and beautiful forms.”

Their donors, mostly devout Christians, and churches, have issues with the new language.

A lengthy letter from one church, which characterized the LGBQIA+ community as a “diverse collection of behaviors,” explained: “Our greatest concern about the Accepting and Affirming stance is that it denies the Biblical definitions of sin and identity and thereby renders the grace of God meaningless.”

Feel free to take sides. While the agenda can be toxic and hostile to Christianity and faith, individuals generally are not. Forgiveness and salvation in the face of true repentance is an obligation. Faith provides a degree of order that many people need or find can stabilize their lives and make them more productive and caring individuals. Christain schools can balance those needs alongside a quality education. In other words,  if Urban Christian Academy wrote this instead, they’d still be teaching poor kids how to learn and thrive.

“We are an affirming school that celebrates the diversity of God’s creation in all its varied and beautiful forms.”

And then you teach kids math, history, reading, writing, learning and debate skills, and the foundations of the Christain faith that lead to many of the first hospitals, universities, and other public services. Encourage the benefits of families with fathers and mothers with mountains of secular evidence that supports the positive outcomes alongside the foundational benefits of faith and family.

Did they have or were they considering #woke curricula? I have no idea, and now we’ll never know, but there is no reason to inject any of that into a classroom. You can celebrate the diversity of God’s creation without it.

There is nothing tolerant about the public school #woke curriculum. It teaches dependency instead of personal sacrifice—anger instead of peace, division instead of unity.

It didn’t have to be like this; now it’s too late. You literally went woke, and then broke.

It will close at the end of this school year.

We Need People to Come to Concord on March 7th to Testify in Person

Sun, 2023-03-05 14:30 +0000

For both the State House and the Legislative Office Building, enter through the front door. Fill out a pink card if you are testifying and hand it to the person or committee member collecting them. Sign in on a white or blue sheet if not testifying.

Parking info: https://www.concordnh.gov/844/Downtown-Parking.

Arrive early to have time to find parking and to walk to your destination. Pay for enough time to cover 3-4 hours for each hearing. Bring snacks and water.

For the Senate hearing at 9am, sign in on the sheet and indicate you SUPPORT SB272.

Testimony will be limited to 3 minutes.

Bring 21 copies of your testimony to give to the committee if you can. Put your name, the committee name, the bill number, and the date on your testimony.

Personal stories and factual information can be more persuasive than statistics.

Begin your testimony by stating your name, town of residence, and position on the bill. If you have particular expertise in the subject of the bill, give your credentials when you introduce yourself.

For the bills we support, we are asking for an “Ought to Pass” vote. For the bill we oppose, we are asking for an “Inexpedient to Legislate” vote.

You can email a committee before or after the public hearing.

Hearings for HB619 at 10 am and HB368 at 1 pm will be in Reps Hall in the NH State House, 107 N. Main Street, Concord NH, the building with the gold dome. The entrance to Reps Hall is up one floor. The committee hearing the bill is Health, Human Services, and Elderly Affairs.

The hearing for SB272 at 9:00 am and HB10 at 1:15 pm will be in the Legislative Office Building, 33 North State Street, Concord NH. The Senate Bill will be heard in Room 101. The House bill will be heard in rooms 206-208 Children and Family Law.

The bills:

Support: 9:00 am SB272, is the Senate Bill supporting parental rights.  This hearing will be held in the Legislative Office Building, 33 North State Street, Concord, NH. First Floor Room 101.

Support: 10:00 am HB619,  prohibiting gender transition procedures for minors, relative to sex and gender in public schools, and relative to the definition of conversion therapy. Representatives Hall in the State House.

Oppose: 1:00 pm HB368, relative to protections related to receiving gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care. Representatives Hall in the State House.

The sponsor on this identifies as transgender – MTF. It would effectively turn New Hampshire into a “sanctuary state” for physicians who play a role in gender-affirming care. If a doctor provides transitioning treatments in violation of another state’s law, the law would protect him from subpoena, arrest, or extradition.

Support: 1:15 pm HB10, establishing the parental bill of rights. This hearing will be held in the Legislative Office Building, 33 North State Street, Concord, NH 2nd Floor room 206-208

Advice from a legislator on the Health, Human Services, and Elderly Affairs committee hearing HB619 and HB368:

Testimony will be limited to 3 minutes, as we expect a big turnout. Please address the bill, and avoid any personal attacks or claims of ill intent from others. We will likely go through lunch to hear the bills.

If your testimony on HB619 also applies to HB368, please make that known in your testimony and then turn your attention to HB10, the parental bill of rights in the Children and Family Law committee.

If you are testifying on HB619 and not testifying on HB368, please fill out a pink card for HB619 and mark your position on HB368 on the blue or white sheet.

The Problem With Education Freedom Accounts

Sun, 2023-03-05 13:00 +0000

Remember the rationale we were given for trading with and investing in China? In case you forgot … supposedly, this trade and investment would lead to China becoming less authoritarian and more democratic. How did that work out? Rhetorical question, of course.

China remains as authoritarian as ever and has become much more powerful economically and militarily, while the United States’s position relative to China has eroded. But Wall Street and Big-Tech and the corporatists and the political-grifters, like the Bidens, have made a lot of money off China, so … GO FREE MARKET!

One of the rationales of school choice is that it would force the public schools to compete to keep students … to get better. That has NOT happened either. Instead, public education is a cesspool of race-based and “identity”-based socialism euphemistically called CRT and DEI. The communists … oh I am sorry I mean Democrats … are obsessed with killing Education Freedom Accounts NOT because they fear competition … EFAs will never be large enough to ever really threaten the scope of public education … but because communists need/want TOTAL CONTROL.

The problem with EFAs is that they cause or allow the GOP to ignore what is going on in public schools … the CRT and the DEI. As a result, public schools are generating wave after wave of new voters who will NEVER vote GOP … see twitter-thread below:
